Nobody is perfect but the folks at South Park Tower / Brodsky work hard to keep residents taken care of!

This company uses you and than right before you are to become permanent they let you ago. My husband was working for 3 months than for 5 months 28 days and they let him go. Now they have the nerve to call him back for relief, the only reason he said yes is because he is a loyal, dependable person. When he indeed did work for the 5 months and 28 days, he told the super anytime you need me you can count on me, he was never paid overtime and the person who had to relieve him constantly came in 20 to 30 minutes late. He would never complain, I told him to but he didn't. 42/9 residential is the place that hired him, so beware the are not going to keep you. At the time before they said goodbye, there were two open positions, one of a porter(that is what my husband is) and one of a doorman. They did not offer my husband neither.

This office was just called regarding the mailing of w-2 forms, to be told by human resources that my husband never worked for them in 2018. The person ms. Tonya Harding with whom he spoke told him this, when in fact he worked at three different buildings for Brodsky management. What type of people do they have working here. Then she turned around and stated oh, we did in fact sent it. What a bold faced lie. She is going to have to answer to a higher power. May god keep her in his graces.

Great landlords! Been with them 26 years. Building always ship shape and staff are really fun and friendly . Couldn't be better

Raised rent just before taking away my amenities. Now I have more hassle in my life so some banker can have a bigger gold hoard.

Building is kept up very well. Great staff. Good gym and laundry room. Good value.

My experience, at the Croydon, , is mainly excellent. It's location, knowledgeable + helpful employees make it a good place to
live. Nonetheless, high rents necessitate more.

The Croydon is on the path to luxury level. In order to achieve that status, it is imperative that help is always available. All packages, luggage, flowers, etc should be delivered to their designated destinations + doctors'' patients need the ease of their own entrance + exit, on the 85 Street side of the building. Now, numerous patients have difficulty navigating the lobby which is a goodly distance + no place to sit + rest is offered, nor need there be.

It is my hope that my suggestions r helpful + I reiterate that I am glad to live at the Croydon. Watching it improve + improve even more is a pleasure.

I've lived in the Brodsky owned Beaux Arts buildings (both of them) on 44th for the last 15 years. I've loved my apartments, and the organization has been great as well.

One Columbus Place has been one of my greatest blessing! I have lived there now for almost 20 years. The people that work there, have become like my family!

The building is well maintained, the staff is fantastic, and management is the best I have experienced in my 12 years in NYC.

- Taking forever for security deposit to be processed. We left apartment two months ago. Have been attempting to contact them and have not heard back about the status.
- Our rental fee has been increased from $5K-ish to $7K-ish, so we decided to leave the apartment. We found out later that it was listed at $4K-ish for new tenants. Disappointed...

The Brodsky building at 12 East 86th Street (The Croydon) is infested with cockroaches. We have lived in the building for a little over year and have had at least 4 per month. Every time we complain to the building's management, they offer to send an exterminator who "patches up some holes" and hasn't made an impact. It is really unpleasant to come home to several dead cockroaches after a long weekend away. Last night my husband and I were cooking in our kitchen and a cockroach scurried across his foot-- absolutely disgusting.

The people at the Brodsky organization have been great and it is a joy to live there. The doormen all know me and my dog and so do the porters and handyman. All my neighbors are friendly and helpful as I am new to living in New York and they and the people who work there have helped me when I most needed it.

Beautiful building and great staff everyone from the concierge , door men and women including maintenance everyone is professional and friendly.

Unwilling to act in the interest of fellow human beings, such as withholding camera evidence

My current apt in a Brodsky Organization is one of the better landlords I have experienced. The apts are priced at market and treat you fairly. The doorman/building service is very good, with quick responses for repairs. I have been very happy so far (almost 1 year into my lease).

So far very well run. Doorman, Super etc very helpful and friendly. The cleaner who had to come back and clean my apartment before I moved in (it clearly hadn't been cleaned) was very rude, but that was a one off and should not put anyone off. I live at The Beaux Arts on East 44th Street.

I moved into 310 E. 44th three years ago. I have often called it the best kept secret in the city. This was my third apartment in NYC and I am only moving because I was able to save enough to buy a place.. I would never have moved if I weren t buying. The staff in the office is friendly and responsive, particularly during this challenging time. The front desk team keeps the building safe and the porters keep it very clean. All are friendly and know your name. They take care of issues and, being a single, busy person who works all the time, they made living in NYC easy and safe. Also, the rent is VERY reasonable. Who could ask for more? I Highly recommend this building!

I had a wonder experience with this organization, thanks to Alex the event planner, I went to a mixer at the sugar factory July, 6, 2017 on 1991 broadway. It was wonderful, my friends and I enjoyed ourselves. Service was good, food was excellent and drinks was amazing.

The Brodsky organization manages the New York luxury high rise building that I have lived in for the last 2 years. From move in until today, my interactions with the Brodsky staff are friendly and professional. This is a real joy after dealing with deplorable landlords and building supers in some of my prior NYC residences. In a city that is saturated with poor building managers, it's terrific to have found a home managed by the first-rate Brodsky organization.

Had an apartment set up, and when we arrived, we were unable to contact her or get in touch with her. The doorman luckily got us in touch with someone else from the organization and he told us we could tour the apartment and call him with any questions. Once we saw the apartment, I called him twice, left voicemails, and received no response.

Very well run building, responsive and accommodating. They go above and beyond. Great staff.

Even when things go wrong the make an extra effort to make them right.

This is a no nonsense residential property owner. I have done business with them for forty years. Maintenance is better than ever.

TERRIBLE company. Rude rude rude rude rude staff. Highly overpriced apartments. Supers and management don't answer their phones or fix issues. COUNTLESS STOLEN PACKAGES, roaches, ants, bugs, mice.. EVERYTHING.

Incredibly UNSAFE building to live in. Security guards will not care for your safety and the company clearly does not care for anything besides damage control. Not worth your money as they also have COCKROACHES! you are better off somewhere that will care for your well-being.

Moved into an apartment in West Village that had layers of yellow dust covering the surfaces and a crack in the ceiling. We mentioned the crack in the ceiling, but nothing was ever done. With the rain and snow lately, our ceiling crack got bigger and there is now a leak. Our super informed the management company, didn't hear anything back, so I sent an email and also got no response. I left a voicemail and called the secretary who was rude. Blows my mind how difficult it is to 1. respond, 2. follow up like any other professional, and 3. to show even the slightest concern. Thought it was common sense to follow up on things but clearly not. Don't live in these apartments unless you want to be chasing for follow ups - unprofessional and lack of care.

Great building well maintained and great service. Highly recommend living here!

This is my first review ever and I am prompted to write because I have been so impressed by the level of professionalism delivered by the Brodsky organization from the doormen in my building to the high level staff at the Brodsky Organization. They had no reason to take care of me in the beginning as I was a a tenant inherited from a building they bought. They not only helped me find another apartment that suited me but were extremely kind, courteous and understanding of the difficult situation I found myself in -- moving my child during his school year. I moved into another Brodsky Building thanks to the honest and very practical advice of Michelle Frucht (Director of Leasing). She is truly an unexpected find in the Real Estate world ... a professional who is efficient, excellent at what she does and is genuinely people-oriented. I believe the Brodsky organization must be well run since the staff in my building 420 W. 42nd Street including Doug who runs the rental office and all the staff at the main Brodsky organization are just easy to deal with and great at what they do. I highly recommend them and their buildings.

I have had a first class experience living in Brodsky's West End Tower. The management is very friendly and helpful. The building staff are just a pleasure to work with and are very responsive. You get a great value for your money living here. I actually wish I could continue to live here but life takes you in different directions. Thanks for the great memories.

12 East 86 Street is well maintained building with a staff that is compitent, courteous and always willing to help.

I have rented from Brodsky Group since 1991 and have always been treated with dignity and respect. Louis zudrema is terrific and fair and responds to building issues immediately. Glad I am in one of their buildings
