Never has an application made me so mad that I considered walking into the datacenter and going all Office Space on the server for this app. Even if this is hosted off prem I would find the server. Good thing I like my job. Don't buy software from this company. This would have been a great app in 1998. I'm talking like 30 second load times, and web application timeouts with a generic Tomcat 'Service Unavailable' page every time you recall a change.
