Poor experience with The Bridge Fund. They will find any and every reason NOT to help someone keep their apartment by helping them with rent arrears. They don t ask for proof of hardship to back up your claim, but rather make a decision BLINDLY on a quick phone call with you, then deny you and tell you that they don t believe you have proof to back this up. Don t waste your time getting referred to them, as you will waste precise time in your process of keeping your apartment. You have been warned...
They were really helpful and quick! The process of gathering all your documents to show proof you need help is annoying but a must for them to assist you accordingly. Unfortunately people lie. I worked with Program Director, Jonathan Wong he was very patient and helpful with telling me what he needed from me to get the ball rolling.
