They were really helpful and quick! The process of gathering all your documents to show proof you need help is annoying but a must for them to assist you accordingly. Unfortunately people lie. I worked with Program Director, Jonathan Wong he was very patient and helpful with telling me what he needed from me to get the ball rolling. He returned by calls and kept in great communication with me the whole time. He was very concern with getting me the financial assistance I needed.
