01.21.21 Update - Once again, what a wonderful organization. I cannot stress this enough. Prompt customer service keeps me coming back and recommending. Thanks again ALL!!!

To date I have placed several orders with this company.
Excellent customer service, prompt shipping and the parts are as good as they say they are. Good stuff!!!

Pictures from the HES installation on my '94 R1100RS. I was impressed with the quality of the wiring on this aftermarket unit. Someone did what BMW forgot to do...!!!

As someone who has owned and ridden older K bikes ...

As someone who has owned and ridden older K bikes for about 15+ years, I can tell you it is rare that a parts supplier takes on the role almost of a partner in keeping these great bikes running. About 2 years ago I started down the road of turning my K100 into a cafe bike and it's turned out great. I would never have been able to improve this bike the way I have if not for the great people, service and fair prices from Euro MotoElectrics. These people are TOP SHELF when it comes to parts selection and super fast delivery and just over all honest and great treatment of their customers. I have reached the point now where I don't even Google for a cheaper price for a needed part. I just go to EME because I know the part will be right, the price will be affordable and the service will be excellent. Thanks again EME for being there. Keep up the great work.

Great selection, anything I needed they had. But that's not the "part" I wanted to talk about (pun intended). There was a mistake on my order, literally, a small washer was missing when my parts arrived. May have fallen out in shipping, who knows. I contacted Euro MotoElectrics about it, and Jodi Laughnan, Operations Manager, responded immediately that she'll ship another set out. I told her hold up, there's actually a few other small items I'd like to purchase so just throw the washers in with that order. She insisted on paying for my shipping for the NEW order. I upgraded to 2-day USPS and asked if I could just pay the difference, taking her up on the offer to pay for regular shipping. Not only did she refuse to allow me to pay the difference, she said they'd take care of the shipping completed AND asked if it would be ok to upgrade to FedEx because right now (near Christmas) USPS is very unreliable due to overloaded demand. THIS COMPANY GETS IT. They go WAY above and beyond. Euro MotoElectrics now has a place in my bookmarks as the first place to search for my BMW motorcycle parts, period. Way to go EM. Thank you!!!!

I made a mistake on my shipping address. They sent me another part right away, and also a thank you card, signed by the crew. These people are always spot on, and really know customer service. I cannot describe just how great these guys are. I have ordered from them several times and plan on doing so going forward for my airhead restoration needs. Here is an example from one of my orders: I ordered a new brake reservoir, reservoir cap, and reservoir boot. When I received my order, I also received an o-ring and a card signed by the entire staff telling me that I forgot to order the reservoir o-ring, so they threw it in on the house. This is a type of customer service that I thought had gone by the wayside. Just one of many reasons that I will always look at Euromoto first for all my old airhead restoration needs.
