Great friendly boutique to shop for a wedding dress with my daughter. Very professional and courteous. Everyone was friendly. Getting to know the bride and what she liked brought several dresses to try on. The bride picked the perfect dress! The process was easy, relaxing, & fun!
I seriously loved the experience I had with Bridal Cottage! My consultant Madelyn was super nice & such a joy to be around. She made looking for the perfect dress easy. She listened to my wants and even looked at my pictures that caught my eye. The Bridal Cottage had so many dresses to choose from! My consultant kept me focused on the mission which was to find the dress that I loved not just liked. I never thought I would have that moment every one talks about when they find their dress but I did! I ended up crying tears of happiness when I finally put my dress on. It made me look forwarded to my wedding day much more. My experience is something that I ll never forget.
I went in and felt very welcome upon arrival, my appointment was for 12 but we got in a little early. My overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend The Bridal Cottage for all soon to be brides. It's more of an intimate experience and the dresses are beyond beautiful.

I went to The Bridal Cottage to try on wedding dresses. I had a wonderful and very personal experience! They were very respectful of my budget and allowed me to take pictures to send to my bridesmaids that were not able to attend. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress elsewhere, but had a much better time shopping at TBC! I would definitely recommend!
The staff was very nice and helpful, they stayed within my budget and I found my dress after only trying on three others. They were very responsive and helpful after I purchased the dress as well.
I had a great experience at the Bridal Cottage. I was open and unsure about what I wanted in my wedding dress, and my consultant was wonderful at pulling options that she thought would fit. She made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my feedback. Additionally, I thought it was neat that they wanted to look at my Pinterest board to get an idea about my style. It was a good time, I appreciated the effort I received, AND I got to walk away with a beautiful dress ordered!
A little background: I am planning a wedding in less than 60 days and I usually cannot ever find a dress that I feel good in. That being said, I was a little stressed out when I showed up for my appointment this past Saturday. I had already had a bad experience at another bridal store, so I just knew this was going to end badly as well. Being that my wedding is in just over a month, I didn t have a large selection from which to choose. This wasn t the Bridal Cottage s fault by any means most dresses have to be made when ordered, so it takes several months to get in. They pulled 3 dresses for me and all 3 were fabulous!! We actually had to choose the one from 3 great choices a situation I never thought I d be in! I am so thankful to the entire staff for being so accommodating and positive! I never once felt pressured to buy, nor was I treated poorly by anyone. They were all so honest and upfront with me about the dress limitations due to the timing, so I felt reassured that if they were going to order something, it d be in with plenty of time for alterations before the wedding. I d also like to add that Lindy came in on a holiday when the store is closed just to make sure my dress was ordered and I was taken care of. You don t find customer service like that anymore! I wish I could find more excuses to shop there!!
This place and a another we on my list to try and shop for wedding dresses. This place is just so amazing. I had two appointments in one day, my first one was at a different location. I wasn t as impressed. My second appointment was here, at The Bridal Cottage. This was just a total eye opening experience!! Mattie was amazing, meet me at the door, walked us to our area. Then came back over and talked to us about my style, my price, etc. They definitely know what they are doing and talking about! In the dressing room, she made me feel SO comfortable. I didn t feel like I was being judged or anything, they did a very wonderful job helping me get in the dresses. I could not officially decide on my dress in my first appointment, so I made a second. Mattie helped me on my second appointment as well, and she made sure I tried on what I wanted, gave me more styles to make sure it was my one dress I truly wanted. I officially said YES, and cried! And it was a great time! They made this whole experience so fun, amazing, and they are just so helpful and kind! Amazing place and I highly, highly recommend! I am so smitten about my dress, I LOVE it! And I truly can not WAIT till my wedding day to be able to wear it and show it off! I could not thank them enough! Shop local, it s definitely the best way to shop!
The Bridal Cottage was the second dress store I went to to find my wedding dress but I wish I would have come here first. My experience was amazing and I ended up picking the first dress I tried on. Megan was helping me and she was amazing and made the whole thing very fun and memorable
i just went to my appointment about four days ago, and it was so great! the owner was so kind and the young lady who helped me find my dress was so perfect! she helped put my dream dress together and knew exactly what to do and gave good input when i couldn t make up my mind. highly recommend!
Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. The appointment went very smoothly. The moms were allowed to search the racks themselves for some ideas and picks. Hannah was very helpful and honored my wishes as far as staying within my budget. Overall, a very good experience.

Meagan took such good care of me. I had a dress I found online that I was IN LOVE WITH! They didn't have it in store but they managed to bring it in before my appointment! The appointment itself was beyond anything I could have asked for. Meagan was so knowledgeable and so accommodating. It didn't take long for her to figure out my taste and I loved every dress she put me in. Of course only one could win but I would recommend anyone who is seriously looking for a dress to check out The Bridal Cottage and ask for Meagan. You won't be disappointed!!!
I was with my friend when she went here yesterday to try to find a wedding dress. From the second we walked in the door to when we left we had the worst experience! The owner was completely rude and got irritated when my friend said there was going to be 6 friends total there. My friend told them when she made the appointment that there would most likely be more than 4 friends with her. There was A LOT more that happened that irritated everyone including the bride, but what sticks out most is that she didn't get to walk around the store and pick out dresses she would want to try on. The owner and the representative went around the store for her and picked out dresses that barely had any of the specific details she wanted for her dress: high neck line, low back, very minimal to no bling, and crepe material. Every single dress they brought her to try on was not what she wanted at all! They completely disregarded what she wanted for her wedding dress.
No bride deserves to be treated so terribly from the second they walk in the door. EVERY bride should be able to go look around and pull dresses before an employee disregards what the bride wants and pulls random dresses.
Also, there were only a couple different styles but overall every dress in the store was the exact same with very small differences so if you shop here I hope you like lace and tulle.
I will NOT be shopping for my dress here and I will NOT be recommending Bridal Cottage to anyone.

My first experience trying on dresses was amazing at The Bridal Cottage with Melissa as my consultant! She listened to me and had me try on the exact style dress I wanted but ultimately helped me find my dream dress by bringing out her "wild card" - it's a beautiful dress and I fell in love with it! I went to another salon (outside of town that was more "popular" to go to) and had a terrible experience compared to The Bridal Cottage. I highly recommend making an appointment here!
Most brides-to-be get excited about shopping for their wedding dress, but it is something I have been dreading and putting off. I m very self-conscious, so trying on dresses can be stressful for me.
With that said, from the moment I walked in The Bridal Cottage, I felt welcome and at ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my consultant, Meagan, made shopping for my dress fun and exciting. She was very knowledgeable about the dresses, and she pulled gowns for me that she knew would flatter my figure and fit the vision I have for my wedding.
I chose to do a V.I.B. (Very Important Bride) appointment, which I felt was well worth the additional fee. My girls were treated to tasty pastries and snacks while I tried on dresses, and after I found my dress, we celebrated with a glass of sparkling cider! It was a special moment for everyone.
All in all, I highly recommend The Bridal Cottage! Thank you for making my experience at your store memorable and something to cherish for years to come.
If you are wanting a comfortable, easy, and relaxed shopping experience then The Bridal Cottage is the place you need to go. If you are like me and was super nervous about going shopping then let me just say this - all the consultants are very knowledgeable and listen to your wants and needs. They take everything you say and do some magic and pull a variety of dresses for you to choose. If you like a specific element of a dress and want to see more of that but on different dresses then they can do that. I m a short girl so it was nice to know that some dresses offer a special hem and my consultant kept that in mind when pulling dresses. I did the VIB option which offers a private area, a special bouquet in my wedding colors, tasty treats & drinks, and more time to shop! I loved having the opportunity to have a private area! I didn t use my full time but it gave me a peace of mind knowing I didn t have to rush. I love The Bridal Cottage and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
I had the pleasure of purchasing my dress a few months back from The Bridal Cottage. I had three other bridal appointments set for the weekend, but Meghan did such an amazing job of pulling dresses within my price range that I found my dress in no time! She was an absolutely joy to work with. Once I had found the one, she helped me through the process of finding the perfect veil to accompany my perfect dress. Both my sister and I found our wedding dresses here. After the way they took care of my sister, this place was first on my list. They listened to exactly what I wanted in a dress and found the perfect one! They also have the option to add sleeves to dresses! For my December wedding, I was able to add sleeves to my dress and order the exact lace from my dress to sew to the sleeves. It turned out perfectly!

I don't think I can say enough great things about this place. The ladies at The Bridal Cottage were so great! They were more than accommodating to our group of 6. Maegan (sorry if it's misspelled) was so great and helpful throughout the entire process. Our bride wanted to make sure she had THE dress, so we were asking lots and lots of questions about possible alterations/additions to different gowns, and she went back and forth trying on a couple dresses multiple times. Maegan did not get annoyed or frustrated even the slightest bit with any of it, and actually did so much to help us visualize what the final product could be. We were there well beyond closing, but not once did we feel rushed whatsoever. The bride was pretty specific on what she wanted, so I can't directly speak to the variation in the selection of gowns, but just glancing around the shop, there seemed to be a great deal of different styles. We ended up going back the next day to find bridesmaids dresses, and had a great experience with that as well. I highly recommend them!

We drove 2 1/2 hr to Little Rock to buy a wedding gown. We had planned on going to Davids Bridal for the $99 sale. There selection was terrible. So we started googling dress shops in the area and found the Bridal Cottage. I told the lady a the front I would like to stay under $400. They took me back and brought out a selection of gowns. The 1st one was gorgeous and fit perfect! I tried on a few more to please my friends but the consultant nailed it on the 1st gown. Absolutely perfect! She turned a day of defeat into triumph. That you so much Bridal Cottage!

My wife purchased her wedding dress from the Bridal Cottage and she had a great experience. She was torn between 2 dresses and was able to go back later the same day as her first appointment and made her decision. The staff is very helpful and will put you in gowns that you wanted to try as well as some that you would not. My wife ended up purchasing a gown she never would have tried on. She was a non-traditional bride and wanted a short dress for our summer wedding. The staff worked with her and answered all questions. My wife would highly recommend using the Bridal Cottage for any wedding dress needs.

I had the best experience at the bridal cottage and finding my perfect dress. During these crazy times of coronavirus, they were one of the few places that actually let you have 4 people, which is more than most places right now. So, that drew me to them right away. They made it such a memorable experience for me. My friends and family surprised me with the VIB experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone to splurge a little for it. It's so worth it. They provide you with snacks, sweets, champagne, and your own private area to enjoy with your group of people. Everyone was so much help and I found the dress of my dreams for a great price!

I had the worst experience:( I'm not from Arkansas, so I didn't have the pleasure of having friends and family members join me with what's supposed to be a heartwarming, beautiful moment to share. With just my mother not being able to be there was hard enough. All this was expressed to the representative helping me choose a dress, Melissa. I definitely wanted to try different styles of dresses so I could find something perfect that would fit my body type. I asked her to take a picture of me to send to my mother, she acted annoyed, so then, I would try on a dress, and take "selfies" to send to my mother. As I was switching dresses to try on, she would leave the dressing room to find another dress for me to try on, and couldn't wait 10 seconds for me to cover myself before she would walk out and burst open the curtains, showing frustration. This wouldn't be an issue for me, except the fact that the bride to-be next to me, trying on dresses, had about 4 ladies with her and two men. I was mortified. In the end, I didn't decide on a dress, and I asked her if I could come back with my mother in law. She said that if I didn't love any of the dresses, maybe The Bridal Cottage just doesn't have what I'm looking for. I nearly walked out in tears before asking her, if I was any trouble for trying on the amount of dresses I did. That afternoon, I drove an hour away and went to Low's Bridal and tried on the same Stella Rose dress I tried on at TBC, and left happy. I'm so disappointed with my first experience trying on wedding dresses, but glad Low's Bridal was able to guide me through what was supposed to be a first time memorable experience.

I went here as a bridesmaid for my cousins wedding and regreted not going here for mine!!! The dresses are so beautiful here and you are bound to fall in love with one if not several. The staff is so knowledgeable and sweet! They have such a wide variety of dresses as well. They sure do make you feel special here! Lindy and Tammie were extremely helpful. I hate impulse buying so I always like to leave and come back to a store on major purchases. I also hate feeling pressured by sales people. The Bridal Cottage held my dress to give me time to make up my mind with no pressure sales tactics. I purchased the dress from their stock; it had some minor markings which they took care of. I've been back for my veil and I'll be getting my dress steamed there. Each time the staff has been attentive and friendly.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The Bridal Cottage was recommended to me by a friend and I thought why not? I'm not a fussy bride and I had visited another shop prior to here and was overwhelmed. My consultant was Megan and she was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and instead of being overwhelmed, she picked out dresses for me that fit my style but also my budget (which I think is really important). Needless to say, I found my dress and I didn't even try on 4 dresses. That's how good Megan was! The rest of the staff was also really accommodating and friendly and I never felt pressured to buy a dress. All in all a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend The Bridal Cottage to anyone looking for a wedding dress, formal wear, or men's formal wear. I didn't think I was going to be able to get in because I didn't schedule my appointment early enough (totally my fault) but I was able to get put on a waitlist and make it into a last minute opening.
