I was with my friend when she went here yesterday ...

I was with my friend when she went here yesterday to try to find a wedding dress. From the second we walked in the door to when we left we had the worst experience! The owner was completely rude and got irritated when my friend said there was going to be 6 friends total there. My friend told them when she made the appointment that there would most likely be more than 4 friends with her. There was A LOT more that happened that irritated everyone including the bride, but what sticks out most is that she didn't get to walk around the store and pick out dresses she would want to try on. The owner and the representative went around the store for her and picked out dresses that barely had any of the specific details she wanted for her dress: high neck line, low back, very minimal to no bling, and crepe material. Every single dress they brought her to try on was not what she wanted at all! They completely disregarded what she wanted for her wedding dress.

No bride deserves to be treated so terribly from the second they walk in the door. EVERY bride should be able to go look around and pull dresses before an employee disregards what the bride wants and pulls random dresses.

Also, there were only a couple different styles but overall every dress in the store was the exact same with very small differences so if you shop here I hope you like lace and tulle.

I will NOT be shopping for my dress here and I will NOT be recommending Bridal Cottage to anyone.
