A little background: I am planning a wedding in less than 60 days and I usually cannot ever find a dress that I feel good in. That being said, I was a little stressed out when I showed up for my appointment this past Saturday. I had already had a bad experience at another bridal store, so I just knew this was going to end badly as well. Being that my wedding is in just over a month, I didn t have a large selection from which to choose. This wasn t the Bridal Cottage s fault by any means most dresses have to be made when ordered, so it takes several months to get in. They pulled 3 dresses for me and all 3 were fabulous!! We actually had to choose the one from 3 great choices a situation I never thought I d be in! I am so thankful to the entire staff for being so accommodating and positive! I never once felt pressured to buy, nor was I treated poorly by anyone. They were all so honest and upfront with me about the dress limitations due to the timing, so I felt reassured that if they were going to order something, it d be in with plenty of time for alterations before the wedding. I d also like to add that Lindy came in on a holiday when the store is closed just to make sure my dress was ordered and I was taken care of. You don t find customer service like that anymore! I wish I could find more excuses to shop there!!
