I give 4 stars for the Italian restaurant. Obviously location building are amazing the whole atmosphere is chick and luxe if you want to feel great and dress nice and feel apart this is the place to visit. Food was amazing, my plate was sparkling clean, so you get idea how my food tasted. Prices speak of the high quality. I wanted to lean for 5 stars but hostess Leah spoiled it. Her opening was horrible girl has issues with faking a smile her attitude was not up to Beeakers standards. My reservation representatives are much nicer than the service I received from LEAH. May be some additional customer relations training might needed. But overall my experience with food and servers were excellent. Alexandre my server knows how to SMILE food goes easy when presented with the welcoming attitude!
Manager was present she brightened my 4 stars experience.
I will come again hopefully to see friendlier hostesses. just fake it if you cannot make it. With the place like this you must leave with total impression complete 5 stars 100% satisfaction.

Beautiful place with great food. A bit pricey but nice for a special outing

Great place to stay with family . Staff is friendly , good food, nice pool and ocean view . My husband and I stayed for couple nights and we are very satisfied .

This is truly a first class hotel. The renovated rooms are very elegant, beautiful, and comfortable and the sheets are amazing! The pools are all beautiful and service is great. Beach is very small bit still lovely.

Be careful about leaving Any valuables sitting. had a private event for my job at one of the ballrooms... the servers were very intrusive And unprofessional. I received A BRAND NEW IPHONE XR IN THE BOX UNOPENED on the table to take a picture. came back to the table not even 5 minutes later and the whole table was cleared. searched the room frantically with no assistance And I went to the front desk they took my number and said they would call. I had to call TWICE just to get then to submit an incident report. i will be reporting to BBB if this issue is not resolved because we all received gifts that were accounted for. I will never go there again

Great place for conferences. Hospitality, meeting spaces audio visual technology and food is top notch.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful architecture with unique designs in its different passages, its restaurand gives the feeling of being somewhere in Rome. (Italy) exquisite attention from the staff in which you feel comfortable. And its varied food gives it its touch of distinction and class, if there is something to see and taste this is the best place to pamper yourself.

The Seafood bar is beautiful and the staff amazing.
I had a small allergic reaction and the bartender, manager and security remained calmed and were doing check ups on me. Even if there was a small hiccup the overall experience was great and I'll definitely return when I go back to Florida.

This building is remarkable. Every single inch of inner design is an old Italian character. There is really good food here. Low season price is $400 avarage peak season is $800

I went to Seafood Bar and took the skinny pinia colada and an appetizer. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

The Breakers employees were very good and polite. They treat you equally whether you're checked in or just visiting. Awesome service.

The Breakers is truly a historical place to stay. Beautiful every turn you make. One of the great places of Palm Beach.

The breakers is a beautiful, well kept, amazing resort. Whether it be a weekend getaway or a longer stay I cannot recommend it more. The staff are kind and courteous, the restaurants are top tier, and the overall atmosphere is one of relaxation and quiet. Rooms are clean and quiet as well, with all amenities you could want. If you are lacking anything all you have to do is ask and the staff will make it happen.

This place was good. Location was god. Great services. Rom was beautiful. Great section of restaurant. Food was good. I enjoyed the hot tub. Interior was beautiful.

So, this hotel is gorgeous. Went with some friends to the Seafood Bar for dinner. The bar is an aquarium. Stunning. The food is great. The view is amazing. Bar looks out over the ocean less than 25 yards away. I d definitely dine there again.

I've lived in this area all my life. All I can say about this store is: Everything seems overpriced, but this can be expected in a 5 star, world class hotel. Amenities and restaurants are exceptional. Breakfast and brunch is A1.

Amazing food expensive. Very fancy. They have valet parking and it is very fancy there.

Not worth the price of admission.

The grounds are indeed impressive, but the rooms are postage-stamp small and no more fancy than a Hampton Inn or Courtyard Inn. There's very little sound proofing and a big gap between the door and door frame,.The breakfast buffet was $30 per person, and the food quality was actually worse than a Golden Corral or Denny's. I'm talking frozen sausage patties, frozen pancakes, greasy eggs and donuts out of a box. The staff was nice, but being forced to pay for valet parking that can be very crowded and slow is just not acceptable. It should be a crime to charge what they do to stay there.

Absolutely breathtaking! This was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. The food, scenery, drinks, and associates that work there made me feel like the queen that I am!

You can be classy without being snobby. This place haven't figured that out. Especially the Golf Shop.
