As a fellow small business in southern Ontario, I don t like to tarnish other businesses, I aim to support them. But unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. My first order was confusing to place since their availability list was not straightforward and had wrong prices on some items. I placed an almost $500 order.
The order was delivered promptly and free because of their free delivery at a certain amount policy.
I was initially very happy with the order and they seemed like nice people as well. Unfortunately there was a mischarge on my order which they rectified quickly with a credit.
I tried to contact them for several weeks to place my next order. Through Facebook, I messaged them in response to ads they were posting, I messaged them on Instagram, email, and called multiple times. I would sometimes receive a response until I stated who I was and then I would not receive further communication. I was never angry or upset, I simply wanted to place another order.
I should also mention that one type of plant on my order came infested with thrips. All 15 plants had to be isolated and treated, some still can not be sold until they are healthier. I did not mention this to them though, since the rest of the order was beautiful.
I m not sure if it was a known infestation, or the fact that they do not wish to return my credit, or if they are simply embarrassed to respond after not doing so for a period of time. But for whatever reason I do not recommend doing business with them. At least not on a large scale or wholesale level.

I ended up grabbing one of their plants as a quick gift because the packaging intrigued me. It was an airplant in a brass tea pot. I kept thinking about it after I gave it away so I went back and purchase one for me. One turned into three and now I have bundles of plants. They all were very healthy and full when purchased and remain that way. My favourite plants came from Our Twisted Roots.
