Good people to work wid especially the Owner, driver recruiter and the other management ppl. Great employee centric environment and top notch ethics and values for their employees makes it the Company to work for. It has a huge potential to grow.
Under Training Dispatch with very bad attitude.People s are working in management are very lazy and careless.If you have to do nothing then work with them .
Rude dispatch people. Have no consideration for drivers.
Good Company. All the staffs and drivers are very professional and polite.

I dont know what driver you had last night on the 401 at 640pm westbound just outside of Guelph but this unprofessional driver was running up bumpers of cars within inches, flicking lights, going over the speed limit. I drive this stretch daily and this is the cause of accidents! What the hell is wrong with a company that employees people like this! There was 2 incidents alone on the 401 with trucks..no doubt this is ths behaviour!
Nice place to work they have dedicated good runs and I learned a lot of things in this company especially our dispatch are very good and friendly they gave us good hours i Suggest to join this company they have usa run as well....
Adco not sure of their function. Just wasted my valuable time. Called me in for a interview Sent me for a road test which I refused to go on due to the poor condition of the truck did not feel safe at all. But learned a lesson on how they have a tear system they want you to drive the oldest truck on the yard if you are new driver making things harder rather then easier for a driver with 6 months cross border experience I'll definitely not recommend anyone to join Adco logistics.
Read the bad reviews they all true . The dispatchers don't care about the drivers. Full of promises they can't keep. Do ur self a favor. ... Stay away.
Horrible company. Just saw one of their truckers almost run a van off the road on the 402 east-bound in an apparent road rage incident. ON License plate S49 02A on Dec 02, 2019 at 4:30 pm.
Great company, I highly recommend any truck drivers looking for work in Canada and US to visit ADCO Logistics. All their equipment is brand-new and they have a lot of work available.
Worst Employees ever.This company has no sense of business dealings very very rude and mean people.
The worst dealing I have ever had with any trucking company. Disorganized, polite but very unprofessional Dispatch. Every person in the company is on a different page with no communication. I backed out just after getting hired.
Stay away from this company, dispatchers sign that drivers have done work, and accounts payable dont want to pay..There payment terms are more than 80 days...Addressed this with Babu accounts payable, his reply, too busy to go back to invoices over month, even tho all signed evidence driver worked that day...Only received 3 hours of pay when my driver worked 9.5 hours in total...Waste of time...
