Investors beware - this company engages in shady practices designed to fatten their bottom line at your expense. Right now they're actively trying to block owners from selling their units in London ON (Sunrise Condos) by restricting realtors gaining access to units on owner's behalf and not responding to inquiries from realtors or owners. Another project they did in Calgary (Sierra Gardens) which I Invested in as well has been a total disaster - they replaced the roof through a local company less than 10 years ago and now the roof needs to be replaced AGAIN due to shoddy workmanship costing each unit owner around $10 000! The best part is...the original company who did the work is no longer in business! Dont fall for their pitch about rental pool, hassle free property ownership - they screw investors over and we ultimately end up with little to no returns
Been a member for years and when it is time to work with them on a property they manage there is simply no one that wants to help and they have washed their hands of even simply calling back requests. I have never seen anything like this. I am the owner now stuck in the PPG web of problems!
When dealing with potential renters you have to be concise, nice, answer all questions , take time to allow people to view apts . Not in Kamloops , the people who works for PPG , lets you view apts for less then 5 mins , unanswered questions , rude, impatient . took me a whole 8 mins for overall look , filling out application couldnt remember a number she took it and said go fill out some where else. !!
I never rented the place !! Plus she couldnt say why no personal curtains or decorations allowed , just said CAUSE WE SAID!!
If you too would like to share and make money off of slum properties in London then by all means invest now. Wouldn't mind the company if they didn't allow shady practices and procedures to take place in their day to day operations. Especially at Sunrise Condos in London ONT. What a joke.
