This is the best shop in town! Mike is always helpful, friendly, and honest. These guys love what they do and it shows in their business. I have had some issues with my hydraulic brakes and Mike put a new brake on my bike so I could ride while the parts to fix my brakes were in transit. This is the only shop in Columbus I will use!
The only bike shop I will ever go to! Mike is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet (if you pass him on the bike trail, he'll give you a wave). I've purchased three bikes from him and have been very pleased with each one. He also got my old '93 Cannondale MTB working like new. Prices on repairs and upgrades are very reasonable. You won't be disappointed.
I drove to Ft Benning to ride my bike on their trails and started off great then my chain and derailer started acting up. I called around and either they were extremely high or closed but when I called bike pedalers of Columbus I spoke with Mike and he stated I'm closed but come in and I'll look at it. Mike fixed me right up and was definitely reasonable and to top it off sold me some pedals I have been wanting. I am from out of town and with shops like the one mikes runs he makes it worth while to come down to columbus to ride knowing there are good folks here to assist in all our bike needs. Thanks Mike. Def will come by when down here next time.
Got a bike (Masi CX Comp, which is awesome and bombproof!) from these guys about four months ago and don't regret it a bit. They have been incredibly helpful and informative. If you think they're (incredibly!) helpful before you get the bike, just wait until after. Their professionalism is only outstripped by their combined knowledge and love of cycling.
After going to every other shop in town looking for my bike, I can honestly say that this is the only place where I gett prompt, polite service - consistently. I've heard nothing but good things about them from fellow pedal-heads who frequent these guys' shop. If you're going to get a bike in Columbus, shop the other guys first, but save the best for last... sure, they are one one of a few bike shops here - but they are infinitely more polite than the rest. You will see the difference in quality and customer service. They are genuinely stand-up guys.
We had a mishap on the way to Columbus (from NC) last August, and my bike was damaged. I called around and took my bike into this shop. Mike fixed me up in about 30 minutes, very reasonable cost, and I was able to ride my bike on the trip. I haven't forgotten how grateful I was. Thanks Mike and The Bike Pedaler!
Took my bike in for a tune up and they were so thorough my bike rides better than the day I bought it. Found some great add-ons for it and learned how to take better care of my bike as well.
Mike worked with me after I wasn't pleased with my first bike (Cannondale shipped him the wrong one) and offered to simply order another one for me and allowed me to ride the first one while I waited.

Had a great time tonight watching an informative class on nutrition. This Bicycle shop is the best in Columbus. Not only can they help me out with my bike needs, they also offer information on how to stay in shape.
These guys are amazing. They are so helpful. Took my bikes in to learn how to change the tires and tubes they taught me and went above and beyond and solved problems I didn't even know that I had. I am so excited to get out riding again.
