Rude and unknowledgable
Just found out I was pregnant, started asking questions for some help. The girl could've cared less

Very frustrated. Took my twins bc in need of formula. They put everything on benefit card but formula. It's Friday afternoon, been on hold for almost 30 min at caller 2. No formula until Monday I guess. There needs to be presidence put on certain situations bc a infants health and we'll being depend on it especially at their neglegence.

WIC office needs to answer their phones I've been on hold at caller number 1 for 20 minutes and I just want to reschedule my appointment. When I do come they are nice, sometimes seem as if some people don't know what they are doing but for the most part they are nice.

i was more than impressed by forsyth public health department. i didn t wait long. it didn t take long to make an appointment. the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. the phlebotomist and practitioner had wonderful and respectful bedside manner. i was very comfortable and well informed about everything.

10/10 recommend. this should be the standard for all public health departments.

TIME 4:25 PM TRIED SEVEN DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND EXTENSIONS TO TRY TO GET AN ANSWER CONCERNING A PERMIT ALL I GOT WAS VOICE MAIL. I GUESS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES DO NOT WORK TIL 5PM AS THEIR WEBSITE SAYS. TYPICAL.

I went for BC (birth control). The people in that clinic were very kind, patient and supportive. That clinic is 4.5 stars

The 3 star rating is for the other clinic I went to for my flu shot. It took me an hour to be seen. They were doing everyone one by one. The lady who gave me my shot was rude and very impatient. She even called me by the wrong name.

This is what I get for going to the public health center though, it is all free.

I did a test for STDs. It was all FREE. The process was quick and easy, no long lines or long waits. The doctor and other staff were very professional and friendly.
