Got a bike (Masi CX Comp, which is awesome and bombproof!) from these guys about four months ago and don't regret it a bit. They have been incredibly helpful and informative. If you think they're (incredibly!) helpful before you get the bike, just wait until after. Their professionalism is only outstripped by their combined knowledge and love of cycling.

After going to every other shop in town looking for my bike, I can honestly say that this is the only place where I gett prompt, polite service - consistently. I've heard nothing but good things about them from fellow pedal-heads who frequent these guys' shop. If you're going to get a bike in Columbus, shop the other guys first, but save the best for last... sure, they are one one of a few bike shops here - but they are infinitely more polite than the rest. You will see the difference in quality and customer service. They are genuinely stand-up guys.
