This huge, multi-level mall has a slew of standard mall specific stores, along with high-end stores that add some diversity. There is a food court here to keep you full, as well as coffee shops to help you keep that caffeine going! Although parking may get full, it rarely feels crowded inside the mall. Busiest days seem to correlate to when it's hottest outside, as people come into beat the heat, and around the holidays!

This place is in a terrible location for traffic. The building is not well designed either. You have to do long switch backs just to get to a shop and back to your car. So many other shopping malls near by that are better like the Grove. This is a get in and get out kind of place.

Great selection of the finest stores all in one location. There are also shops for the moderate shopper. Although under construction I found the atmosphere quite nice. When it's done I am sure It will be absolutely beautiful.

Currently under renovation it's kind of a mess right now I don't think I'll be fair to review it except for to say I'm sure it'll be fabulous when it's done. The last two times they upgraded it it was also quite extraordinary.

I like the remodeling but it just seemed more Syfy and cold. It doesn't feel like it could just be a mall if you took away all the stores it could be a hospital or Airport, anyting.

I've been here many times and I have to say it's one of my favorite places to go have some me time. There's a lot of restaurants and stores to shop at. The parking structure across works great. $10 for flat fee.

A nice mall although navigating it is a bit complex especially for someone visiting the structure for the first time. Appeared pretty clean, but I did not see any mall security officers roaming the corridors. Although it took me a moment to figure out how to call the elevators, once I did I realized they are unlike any I had ever used. You press the floor you want to access on a pad outside and it directs you to the lettered elevator to use. Although it took a while for the elevator doors to open I must say I was intrigued. What I did not like is once Macys, the store I was visiting closed, I had to exit the mall by going down the escalators and doing so left me with a much longer walk to my car than had I been able to exit through Macys. Again seemed like a mall with tremendous number of stores and options but the layout was a bit intimidating to navigate.

They make so much money from the stores, which aren t cheap at all, why to charge ridiculous amount of money just for parking?? There is huge parking lot, and the prices in the stores are very high. Why to try and get more money from the people?
I will not come here again.

You can walk to the Beverly Center or hopp off/on from the bus "Starline Tours" which stops on the front of the Center (check the starline map on which site of the building the bus will stop)

When it's rainy it a good place to stay for some Shopping (several floors).

+ It's a big Mall.
+ Toillets are clean
+ Service/waiter had been good/friendly
+ the staff in the stores are helpfull when you search something

- no CD/DVD/Music Store

FAZIT: it's maybe not for everybody but I liked it to rest a little bit with Shopping from the Sightseen Tour.

This shopping center was the best! My family and I truly enjoyed shopping because you have everything that I wanted and at a reasonable price. The staff was very accommodating, professional, and nice. Besides, the place was stylish, modern, and new to look at. We even treasured every moment that we were in your mall. Till next time!

There is a large choice of designer brands to choose from here; a calmer place than Rodeo Drive. However, there is a limited choice of food and not much else apart from the shops to see. If you are looking for a cheaper place to shop, I would recommend crossing the road to Beverly Connection, with Old Navy, Target, Ross, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, CVS, Saks off Fifth and more to see.

There aren t many public transport options, so Uber/Lyft would be the most efficient way to go.

For my opinion, a shopping mall can t be that boring, and need to fun to be in beside the shopping stores and the window shopping. The mall is nice, and they have many luxury stores, but it is kind of dry, since there are no attractions.
And I think that every shopping in LA should offer free parking, and need to offer different places to eat, not just restaurants, but also a food court where you can just grab something and continue.

Huge shopping centre with posh brands like dolce & gabanna or Louis Vuitton. There are also cheaper brands like Vans or H & M. The mall's design is very nice and it's worth going just for a visit. It's also very close to the grove.

This place is a wild mess of elevators. First of all, as a pedestrian trying to find a way in I was faced with only 2 entrances: In front of the fish restaurant on La Ceienga or through the Macys Men's store. Good luck if you're on the San Vincente side - no pedestrian entrances. Once inside, the place is a MAZE of elevators. Some elevators only take you to certain floors, and other elevators take you to other floors. Some elevators you have to press the floor number on the keypad OUTSIDE the elevator, other you can press once you're INSIDE. HA!!! surprise if you got into an elevator and it has no keypad!! NOPE!!! why would you design such a thing?
And to go from one floor to another, I literally had to walk to end of hall, take the CORRECT elevator to another floor, to walk to the other end to take a THIRD elevator down. And I tried escalators but those only stopped at floor 3, and I had to go to yet another round of escalators at the end of the parking lot to actually get DOWN to the first floor, which was actually the Macys men's store. This place is the most CONFUSING place to shop in. It's like a casino that once you enter, they don't want you to find a way out.
When you're on the shopping floors, which is 7, 8 and half of 9, it is hard to get from one floor to another.
Why again is the Men's section of macys on ground level when the rest of macys is 8 and 9 or something like that?
They need to fix this confusing mess of elevators and floors. Has a NORMAL FLOOR plan, and then MAYBE I'll go back. But not ANYTIME soon.
I'd rather go to one of the other MANY malls that DO make sense to navigate.

So so

This place is always under construction! What a hassle to get in and around this place. I stay away but I had a gift card to Macy's. Don't park inside, park on Beverly and walk to it.

They charge a dollar to park. It is the stupidest thing in the world and none of the stores validate. On principle alone everyone should boycott until they change this policy. This is a has-been indoor mall that was big in the eighties. They should pay me a dollar to come and park there. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I will not go back until they bring back the free parking. Ever.

The rides here are very short and not that exciting. The tickets were $13 each, plus they also want an extra $5 for parking, its not even a bit of a rip off considering we paid over less than 100 usd for entry tickets.

I was one of those who, luckily, was able to visit this place upon opening. I feel that over the years, it has stayed pretty much true to its original inception. There is a large selection of shops and restaurants, a lot of seating (seemingly never enough as this place is a huge tourist draw) and great views from many places.
