The reason for the 1 star is due to maintenance issues. Since the middle of July my office had not had any AC. Several members in my office had complained and they would send people look but never fix the problem. The one day it was so hot in my office I actually vomited due to the heat. This issue went unresolved due to it now being fall.
Currently our office has no heat. We have also made several work order requests for that and nobody has even came to address this issue. We are all sitting in our office with our coats on because the furnace is only blowing cold air now.
The location is great and the staff is friendly and I love the fact that people bring their dogs to work here. I just wish that they would take better care of their tenant maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
