Big huge Rooms can put in two more single beds and have. a lot of walking space. no bath tub. sitting on reclaimed sea land.
Hot water not hot enough but walking distance to a few shopping centres, food and some nightlife pubs.
Can't order taxi online we have to walk far ... It's useless we've paid for expensive hotels but service is not satisfactory
Unfortunately, a thousand dear grabb or the like cannot enter ... only taxis are permitted ... Batam is still a lot of public places, malls and hotels restrict the choice of guests alias grabb cannot be picked up
Hotel have lots of good points. Front Office staff- good. Breakfast- good spread but staff need lots of training to come to average standard only. Foods- not to hotel standards. Rooms- very spacious and average standard. Location: centrally located. Near to most needed facilities a tourist may want.

Stay two night request online one large bed which was clearly accepted . But upon chrck in thry day only have two single bed. Staff was just making me to accept the two single bed room without much thought by saying all fully book. The two bed was in very bad uncomfortable old mattress . You can feel the spring on your back. Cant sleep

Took a 3 bedrooms suite and was amazed by the space. Family had enough beds for everyone. The kids happily ran around the hall and dining area. In very close proximity to shopping mall.

Near to the shopping centre. Counter staff were polite and the check-in was smooth. As we arrived on Friday, we were assigned a room before noon.

I actually love staying at BCC because of its location. So near and convenient to get to the mall and many food and massage parlours/spas nearby without having to take a taxi. And the area is actually cheaper than Nagoya Hill.
The bed is huge and comfortable. Although the detergent fragrance is a little too strong to some, but still ok. Room is also huge compared to most other hotels.
Downside is Cockroaches. They never fail to appear each time we stayed there. The worse was during our third stay. I have phobia of bugs especially cockroaches. Therefore that has to be the last stay.

Not good, user/client hotel can't order grabcar/gocar, management hotel joint with taxi conventional need intimidation taxi online, brutals, anarchist & full intimidation.

Good service by BCC staff. Very convenient to A2 food court for supper, and late night movies at Grand Batam Mall or BCS. Room lightings could be brighter though!

My favourite Hotel when i visit Batam. Although old but room are spacious, walking distance to A2 for seafood dinner, Massage @ SGD19 for 2 hrs, super nice fish soup opposite coffeeshop ( Eatern Food Court) & shopping mall just next to hotel.
Generally spacious rooms but personally didn't find it very cozy. Toilets were clean but the hot water was lukewarm at best. I would recommend skipping breakfast and going out to try their local cuisine.. Could be more worth the money. Their service staff is good and helpful.
GREAT. The hotel is really very good. Big room. All equipment / property is clean. RoomService service is very fast. The food is pretty good, the menu is rather boring, maybe because I stayed overnight at 6hr ... it's clean, everything is clean I like it

Hotels and large apartments in the Baloi area are close to the city center and close to one of the big malls namely Batam City Square Mall, there is also an operational Bank Panin inside the hotel as well as a complete ATM so that people staying overnight are easy to shop at the mall or transaction to bank
The hotel is quite comfortable and the price is quite affordable, with adequate facilities supported by a fairly strategic location. Besides shopping centers, food courts, wet markets there are also shops that provide imported goods at wholesale prices.
Even you stay in the suite they don t provide hand towels and shower cap.

Stayed for 2 nights in a room on the 4th floor in a family room. Room was pretty broken down. Both the bathrooms has water fluctuation issues. I dont really mind about that. But whats worst was their sofa, in the living room, infested with cockroaches! My family was petrified for both the nights(i did not ask for room change as it was quite troublesome with the kids around) as cockroaches starts crawling out when it get dawn. Yes it was reported to recep but even after a guy came up (twice!!!) spraying cans of pesticide, cockroaches dont stop coming. My daughter even found 1 dead bed bug on her bed. Really made me curios on their 8 point rating....This was actually my 1st, but also last stay.
In my opinion this hotel is not ready to be occupied, this is the 2x I stayed at this place and the hotel service is really very WORST
The first time I stayed here I was given a key that turned out that the room had other guests, finally I had to go down and ask for another room, when I entered the new room there was the same case as before which was already filled with other guests, I was annoyed again to the lobby to ask for another room and again given another room, when I arrived in the room the laundry bag was not there and I had to wait about 30 minutes just for an LAUNDRY BAG, the next day I wanted to leave the laundry, until finally I left the hotel LATE because my clothes don't come, in my opinion the staff here are not professional at all.
Today is the second time I come here, and something is almost the same, my access key can't be used to ride the elevator even though I just arrived, then I go back to the receptionist to ask for it, when I go up to the floor of my room and I try to enter to my room again the key was red and I could not enter the room and I had to go back to the lobby to be reprocessed, in my opinion it was very unprofessional, when I arrived in the room again there was no laundry bag like the first time I came here, and I tried to call the operator for half an hour I tried no one picked up
The staffs could understand and speak English perfectly, but their services rendered was below average and they could not compensate you with anything even if it's their mistake. The lift was the worst. They have 4 lifts, took me 7 mins to reach from 10th floor to the lobby. Other than that, the amenities were decent and the apartment/view was great.

I like the style of the bathroom and its kind of comfortable and when you go to the p4 you can eat what ever you want and there is swimming pool and also you can karoke there and play darts

This is the worst hotel that I had stayed. Need to pay SGD 100 deposit, I never pay for any hotel deposits when I staying and this is the first I had. We about 14 people stay a night, my nephew at night swim at swimming pool and accidentally had a cut ,and the blood was stain on the towel, when we check out on the next day morning, the interested thing come they charge us for the cleaning fees, and they said one towel missing and we need to pay for it SGD25 per piece.. We add a bed for a person at one of the room, we are not sure the worker have give him an extra towel or not, they day their record have and we missing it. Please la come on, we know how clean the towel it is, it's use by how many thousands people already, we took for what??? To burden our luggage weight? In the end the deposited gone half of it .. This is the worst experience that I had about 5 years ago... And it's horrible experience that I had and until now I still clearly remember it. And you know what? They said they will contact me to get back the money if they found the towel... We had no choice coz rushing to ferry terminal time was arrived.. Please be careful, and check how many towel, pillow, slipper, etc should have in a room, if not when you check out, you know it.. No end to pay for what their saying, especially for those in a group of people.
In term of room BCC is the biggest room size, b'fast relatively good with variety of choice, best location next to 5 floor BCS Mall which got lots of restaurants, supermarket, arcade, karaoke, cinema, bowling alley, hp accessories shops & massage parlour easily available within the area. Travelling frm mall to mall taking their online called Go-Car (Grab) is so much cheaper than taking their normal taxi. Download the apps & you will save a lot on transportation.

One of the hotels in Central Jakarta. The location is surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers. This hotel does not allow online taxis to pick up passengers because it has its own taxi fleet. This is a minus value for hotel managers.
For breakfast, quite varied but for the smoking area in the restaurant is not comfortable, it needs a little layout change.
Pretty basic room, air conditioning was not working very well, lots of baby cockroaches too. It was alright for 1 nights stay and the price was decent as well.
