Very spacious room good for family. Breakfast is only 2stars standard at most.

Wonderful Hotel..accessible to shopping mall and food galore..

My 2 cents worth on BCC Hotel (The worst review I have to write) Pros: 1. The location is superb. Its next to A2 food court. You MUST try to eat the roast meat. Its crispy and hot. Its next to tge BSC Mall. 2. Friendly staff. Love the special way of making the Santas Claus. Cons: 1. Room is horrible. Never take the 6th floor. Oily sticky floor, aircon not working, tv images are blur and the toilets are flooding. 2. With the above condition and paying S$120 plus per night is a nightmare. 3. Morning breakfast is like gg to war. But i will use the term so-so. 4. The lift is ALWAYS crowded. Zzzzz. I WILL NOT go back anymore. Not recommending this to anyone.

Location is beside a big shopping mall and attractions alike. Breakfast spread wasnt too good. Facilities were wonderful.

Was ask to wait for 30min even Thu we were checking in at 4pm ... Waited 30min and there forget about it and so another 15min got the key and head for shower only to find that there is no towel

Hotel is close to so many eateries and shopping as well.

The hotel is poorly maintained, dirty, dusty, I stayed at this hotel 3 days, asked to clean the room, but the sheets were not replaced. You just take the trash, I know because there are stains. And look at the same stain in the same place on the same sheet, so disappointed, and when breakfast is there are cockroaches in the place where the plate is empty

Hotel and residend, quite good but I transported a taxi forbidden to park long to wait for guests from the taxi,

The place is nice, close to BCS mall, grand mall. The rooms are spacious, it gives effect to C-19, so the TDK visit is very busy.

Spotted a flat dead cockroach on the floor mat in the bathroom. Fixtures in the bathroom wasn't stable. Tower and bedsheet does not smell fresh. Dusty carpet. However, overall other facilities are alright. There was one morning where tap water turned bright orange/brownish for sometime. Breakfast buffet varieties can be better.

Bed sheet looks old and dirty. Cockroaches find while sleeping.

The rooms are quite spacious, clean .... the staff is ok too. Breakfast is decent ... thank God, I will take it. But the room is too simple for the cool type ... he ... he

We as Guests should have the right to choose Online Taxi as our transformation tool when traveling to visit other places of this hotel.

Bad services. Booked for iftar and we serviced like never booked before. Hope they improve their services next time

Quite a nice experience for a first timer. Lots of amenities nearby. 3 bedrooms apartment for Sgd $180.00.

Big clean room, but amenities need to improve like heater and lights...even with all the lights on it is still too dark...I was staying in a premiere suite.

Had a short 2D1N stay here with my group of 5 friends. Heres my review below.

Ambience:
Has a really awesome and hotel yet homely vibe. The 3 bedroom apartment which we rented feels more like condos than a hotel which is great because it really makes the stay feel like home.

Facility:
There are the gym, swimming pool, sauna and room service available. There is a cafe/restaurant at the lobby with 2 darts machine for use. There were many tv shows to select from as well both local and international chanels and hey I really like the soap and shampoo they gave, it had a really good smell.

Service:
The staff were really nice and the bellboys were really helpful in assisting us when needed. Really appreciate it.

Security:
24 hours security and access cards are needed to enter the lift. Surrounding areas are not too dangerous as well. Relatively a safe place to stay.

Cleanliness:
Cleanliness is of standard.

Price:
For the price we paid I would say it was value for money. Since we had more people we were able to share the cost thus it was relatively alright.

Location:
Its located near major shopping districts and awesome food places such as roadside stalss that comes alive at night. Beside the hotel is another shopping mall as well. Its just a 5mins walk away. Getting to the hotel cam be quite a distance from the ferry terminal but it was affordable.


I honestly enjoyed my stay here since the apartment was huge. There were 3 bedrooms, 1 had a masterbed, 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds. Really had comfy beds thus a really good night sleep after a night drinking. Big, cosy and affordable place with great shopping locations.

it's hard to order a taxi, we want to order a taxi outside, the base taxi is angry, while they don't have the price

Pretty good, but in the room please provide a comb and in the bathroom the toiletries are not good standard, breakfast should also be arranged neatly

staff very efficient in rectifying issues with our room. Relativey clean, comfortable and in a good location.

Hotel was at a strategic location, near major shopping malls and market. However, cleanliness needs to be improved. Towels and bedsheets were stained and had a stale smell. Cockroaches were spotted in the room and even the wardrobe. Was noisy as hotel is beside a pub which was playing loud music throughout the night till around 3am.

Hotel was near BCS mall with many eateries nearby. There is a morning market opposite too. Hotel room was very spacious. View of the sea can be seen from room. You can see a glimpse of the Singapore Skyscrapers on a clear day. Hotel was very crowded on weekends. We ate the Saturday weekend BBQ buffet after a swim. The DJ who played the live music was inconsistent and music was stopped multiple times.

Location: walking distance/ less crowded - shopping mall, amazing food stalls, affordable massage, KTV Rooms: choice of hotel or apartment, all well maintained and comfortable, gives off a luxurious yet homey feel. Service: never have been disappointed by their politeness and patience. 10 star for their customer service and ready to help attitude by the receptionist and bell boy. Amenities: swimming pool that cater to all ages, gym, massage parlour, bar and karaoke...

Lobby is clean and comfortable, standard room size matches the class, food taste is quite good

The hotel is a clean room that is spacious and close to 25 meters mall

Checked into BCC hotel at 4pm yesterday. Was given room 1208 & 1209 but was told by the counter that room service had to check room 1209 first to confirm ok before we can go in. So we stayed for a while at 1208 till they told us 1209 was ok. Did not think much of it...

Did not use the room except to put our luggages and left for the mall beside it. Came back at around 10pm . Found a few small cockroaches in the toilet sink. After shower, found another cockroaches inside the fridge and another one crawling on my luggage.

Started to look around and found a few small cockroaches near my shoes and when I start picking up - they all ran under the bed. Tried to shift the bed and more were running around near below the bed. My Son on the other bed started to check and found one cockroach crawling out of his pillow where he was just sleeping on.

Called front desk and they immediately inform us that they will change our room. I immediately open the room door to wait for them and found 2 house keeping guys walked past my room holding a can of pesticide. I called them and told them about my room condition and they offered to use the pesticide to spray. But I told them that I am waiting for some one from front desk to come up to change my room but offered to show them the evidence in my room. Also asked one of guy why if there are so many cockroaches and if they knew about it. He just smiled .....

Was given room 1220 which is a Premier room. Had to move all my stuffs in the old room to the new room while the guy that came to give me the key look at us without helping.... I had to make 2 trips with my Son to take our stuffs and the guy asked me rudely where is the key of room 1209 when I was still half way on my 2nd trip to gather my stuffs. Bad altitude!

Came to the new room 1220 at 11.10pm. Finish unpacking.... took 2 bottle of complimentary water from the desk and opened the fridge. A cockroach run out....::: too tired to call front desk again.

I started to Google about BCC hotel with cockroaches on my mobile. Found several reviews since 2016 about this problem. The management response was that they will upgrade the facilities and do better to prevent this problem again. Seem nothing improved since then. Maybe BCC hotel will response to my review with the same answer.....

But I am not definitely not coming back to find out whether they improve or not.

Very centralised location and walking distance from grand batam mall

spacious rooms ,, friendly staff ... only facilities need to be fixed. it's been a long time ...

Hotel apartment is infested with cockroaches, if you are fine it, probably a 4 star rating then. Hotel services is still fine. But...

As its a holiday trip (not a army cohesion) I rather not to torture myself to integrate with these cockroaches.

The bcc hotel and residance is the best hotel in the city of Batam, the scenery is good, close to the city center, and shopping, the main thing is if you want to stay at the hotel and residance bcc ,, don't ever say it's not good try staying at the hotel and residance bcc

This is the first 4 star hotel that really spoilt my holiday. I stayed at BCC Hotel for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grand-children. We had paid for 2 adults and 2 children and also paid for an extra bed. When we entered the room, we saw only 2 towels, 2 cups and tea/coffee, and bottled water for 2 persons. Much later, an old rickety extra bed was brought in. When I called Housekeeping they said they will give an extra towel because in their mind, extra bed means one extra person. I kept clarifying that we have 2 children and that we need 2 extra towels and cups they reluctantly gave one more towel, nothing else.
The next morning, more surprises were in store. When we went for breakfast, the staff refused to let us go in unless we paid for an extra child. When I explained we had already paid for the 2 children, the same mindset came across when the staff staid we had one extra bed so that means 3 people. It was getting unbelievable and I was losing my patience. On principle, I refused to pay and told him that they can call their manager to speak to me. Only then did they let us through.
The same thing happened the second morning. This time I had my hotel receipt with me and I showed the staff but he wasn't convinced. I had to speak to the reception again and this time I threatened to see their CEO. I was allowed to go for breakfast, but by then our appetite was gone. By the way the food is below average for most items and the coffee is undrinkable because it is so diluted.
We left soon after and decide to go to the pool. When our grand-children felt cold, I approached the pool counter for towels. Imagine my shock when the guy said they have no towels at that time and that towels will come only after 10 am. I just couldn't believe what I heard. A four star hotel with a swimming pool doesn't have towels for guests?
The room we got was on the 20th floor supposedly a "luxury executive" room. Unfortunately it was anything but that. The bathroom shower door cannot close so when we shower, the water flows out to the rest of the bathroom floor. We have to ask for toilet paper because there was only one roll. The toilet roll holder is a nasty piece of tool that can cut your finger when you try to change the paper roll. Luckily I carried plaster with me.
Finally, the access card story. I was given one access card and when I asked for another because we have 4 in the room, the staff said no. So every time I came out of the room to buy something for the kids, I had to depend on the concierge (who is not always at his desk) or other passengers in the lift. What a ridiculous situation. Then on the second day, the access card couldn't work and we couldn't get in to the room, nor use it to activate the lift. I was waiting for 20 minutes before I could get out of the lift to the Lobby floor to seek help from the reception. When I asked why this happened, the staff just looked blank and then re-scanned the card. Is this 4 star quality ?
Even if I am offered free stay at this hotel, I would never step into this miserable 1 star quality place again.

A hotel close to the mall and in the middle of the city center

I will give it 3.5 stars.
Hotel- Spacious, i think more than 100m2 even bigger than most of the 4 room HDB flats in Singapore
Location- It is near to a lot of food center, next to A2 food court, BCS Mall, Reborn massage and food cart at night.
Cleanliness- Clean before the key was pass to us.
Staff- Employee were very helpful. Able to answer our enquirers like where to go, how to go, etc...
Facilities- Need more amenities in the room, only one brushing cup per toilet although the hotel are for 6 person, toilet paper is very limited no extra and have to ask, no table tissue in the room or living room, only one on the dining table. For clean freak, please bring your own bathing towel. Air-con working but not fantastic. Only give us 2 hotel cards. TV channel is acceptable with both English and Chinese channel. Hotel breakfast is terrible, have to Q 20 mins for the egg station.
Others- Hotel cannot accept Grab for whatever reason. Have to walk out away to Sushi Tei or Hotel Baloi, Please take note.

Comfortable hotel in the middle of Batam city. Adjacent to a crowded mall, visitors are the main attraction

The hotel is in the center of Batam, close to the Mall. Food for breakfast varies from local to western

The rooms are spacious, but because Covid is so quiet and hot, the lobby is ...

Near BCS mall... And located in city centre.. about 15 menit from harbour bay international ferry and 30 menit from batam centre ferry terminal

Location wise near to A2 food court and BCS mall with many massage shops around.

We stayed at the apartment with 2bedroom and the apartment was well furnish for the price paid. Cracks on the tiles around the sink but that is fine. TV has cable channels in the living room and main bedroom.

Only issue would be the lift, only 4 to serve the whole place, abit slow and sometimes the key scanning doesn't work. Would choose this apartment or the hotel again for future stay.

Wonderful hotel. Spacious room. Stay in room type with own whirlpool tub. Excellent.

Could be more star if i can order grab or go car here, without help from management..
