Don't stay at this hotel, because if you want to travel you can't order a taxi online

Had a 2day1night stay at the apartment. Worth the price! Will definitely come back again.

Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, no problems with toilets and elevators. The food is okay.

There is an inn that suits us and the price that suits the Batam community.

A nice, neat hotel right in the middle of Batam's business center, rooms are quite spacious and clean, things need to be improved that the elevator is less comfortable.

Conveniently located. 15minutes drive from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Behind A2 food court and beside BCS mall.

Have a couple of good massage places nearby too!

The location is good and strategic. Good for photos. The place is comfortable and close to shopping centers. Many eating-eating places around. Public vehicle access is rather difficult.

Ok service. However, was denied request for extra towels.. location was good, close to shopping center and good food though.

The location was incredible, near with shoping center. The room was huge, i think this is the hugest room in batam for excecutive deluxe room. Online taxi not allowed to pick up from this hotel, you must come to sushi tei. That is not too far from the lobby but you can get burn at noon. Maybe if the management able to make online taxi pick up their guest in lobby, i will put on 6 stars haha.. Just suggestion for all.of you guys, please request for room that facing to singapore. it will fabulous.

The lift is very slow, the room is a non smoking room but it is filled with cigarette smell, asked for additional tower but was rejected. The only advantage is that it is near to BCS shopping centre and eateries.

The lift and wifi really really slow.. The service staff and housekeeping service was excellent though. 1st day here... Will update breakfast menu tomorrow

Qt first issue me 1501, took the key card went up, then saw that there are luggage bag inside the living room, then I quickly lock the front door and went down to front desk and in from them...............then after they went up to chk they issue me 1601, come in only wifi not working , need to call front desk and they say technician not free. Need to wait for 2-3hrs, later then they come n chk. Spend another 30mins or so then manage to boost the wifi signal. Next the bathtub , jazkuzza not walking ..... Follow by the shower head leaking too..... Which is why I only give them one star rating. Although the front desk are very helpful .

The hotel is near the mall, so you can find a meal next door if you are hungry, thr mall also have movie theater. The room also big and comfortable, but the water heater in my room not hot enough...

Location is great! Next to BCS mall which has almost everything. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly. Only downside, hotel room black out several times during stay and this seems to happen frequently and the staffs are aware of it.

A fairly strategic hotel, close to food center and shopping centers

Bcc hotel is located at baloi. Near the bcs mall and foodcourt. Good service.

Nice rooms but lift is a pain to wait for. Small and slow.

Everything was alright except for the staff and room handling. Staff abit blur and doesnt know how to react to customers needs. Concierge service was great. Security and taxi was not a problem. Good area cause its very nearby to almost everything such as foodplace and shopping malls. Poolside was great with sauna. Breakfast was not bad. Room was spacious but abit dirty. Overall not bad. Just need improvements for housekeeping and reception counter. Then it will be great. Will comeback for a second time to see any improvements.

Decent and average place to stay, doesnt really have the wow effect.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the wifi is fast, but TV broadcasts are still analog and the bathroom design doesn't like it. Frequently fighting the door also because it is difficult to open. This place is pretty good because of its strategic location. Mo everywhere near me ..

Spacious rooms, good view of Batman if you can get a room in one of the high floors. Live band available in one of the open air pub's nearby. Shopping centre nearby.

Becarefull, taxi online can not pick up here, you have to walk to sushi tei to get taxi online, not like other hotel, not recommended place

Bed sheets and pillowcases are time to be replaced ... strategic location, good breakfast

The lifts need to be inspected. Too many overloaded alarm even when there are 5-6 persons at times

The hotel guests said, the hotel is good, it's just a bit strange, he said, transportation facilities are not good, online is prohibited from picking up in the lobby

The rooms are big, but "quiet". The floor is wooden, but there are lots of scratches so it doesn't look clean. The mats and towels are not good in fiber, even the mat in my room has torn its sides.

The food is also unsatisfactory. I prefer to eat outside the hotel only. The only thing that is quite pleasant is its location beside the Batam City Square mall which is quite complete.

The room is big... The toilet is OK. But the water just so bad. . Very slow... And can not manage it. Sometimes so hot... Like boiled water. N sometimes cold. .not even 1 Day. We checked out.

Touting of taxi service by hooligans! Hotel quite good, but BCC hotel guest only can take transport from this unnamed/unidentifiable/normal cars. All hotel guest do not have a choice but to take their service which is 7 times higher fare than Grab Car. Very disappointed by the hotel management which allow this to happen to a nice hotel which standing strong at this area.

Always a nice place with many amenities nearby. Hotel needs renovation. Hope the owner does something.

Lift is full during breakfast, waiting for more than an hour just to go to resto floor. Better to avoid this hotel on peak season

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is big..the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied but the taste is still not tasteful in my opinion. Swimming pool is available, access to the mall and the crowd is also close

We booked our rooms through Agoda's site. It was affordable but the door knobs, lights and the toilet bowl's plastering were not of decent quality. Overall it didn't look too clean.

8 of us went Batam for weekend getaway. Chose BCC Hotel because of it strategic location. All the 4 rooms were infested with cockroaches! We had feedback to the hotel when we check-out. After we returned to Singapore, 7 of us were down with nausea, vomit, diarrhoea and fever. We could only blame the hotel kitchen for the buffet breakfast. I wonder if the hygiene of food preparation in the kitchen was up to standard. If the rooms are infested with cockroaches, i am sure these pests will travel to kitchen to find food. Great disappointment. Do not want to go Batam any more.

Today I experience very bad service for the staff during breakfast. No coffee cup for almost 20 minutes. Aproch the staff told me we are shot of manpower and show black face. 2nd the lift was over crowded. Have to wait 10 minutes. feed back from some guess more then 20 minutes at middle floor.<br/>The service staff was not friendly at all. Totally 100:% disappointed would not recommend to all

They had decrease the price significantly, they charged around S$100 couple of years back. Not a bad stay.

The hotel is good. Good breakfast. Fast check in. Check out a little bit slow. Large pool. Steam sauna facilities okay. Elevator okay. Comfortable spacious room. Luasssss. View champion. Hot water okay. Great location. Strategically near the mall. That is lacking. The pillow is not good and the towel is rather dull

Stay at The BCC Batam Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is plenty and the swimming pool is clean. The main thing is to stay 2 nights at The BCC Batam Hotel
