Overall the experience was fine. The rooms are great and relatively clean. A good number of facilities for the family to enjoy. Within close proximity of nearby places.

-Rooms:
We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The beds were tidy and clean, amd the toilets were clean. The sofa is uncomfortable though.

-WiFi:
The WiFi is slow, even in my room which is close to the router. In some rooms there is no signal.

-Facilities:
Good amount of facilities: A spa, outdoor swimming pool, gym and KTV.

-Breakfast:
The breakfast is good, but the spread is not so big.

The rooms are nice clean spacious
And the night view makes you feel at home in your room for a long time

Want to the beach is also close
The pool is also clean
Satisfied staying here
The food is also delicious

A representative hotel for visiting Batam, whether family or group. Rooms are relatively wider than most hotels. Breakfast menu is ok, parking is quite wide, close to BC mall, to Nagoya is also quite close, there are karaoke hall, spa facilities. Can be for meetings, there is a pool, restaurant ... great.

We received the best services from Ms tannita. Ms ulan and at the counter Ms indah during our stay on 6th Feb 2019<br/>Bcc hotel show me that they treated all guest important and treasure every one of us. My whole family are very happy with bcc Hotel in fact have say we must come back again...<br/>Well I wanted to add a review but too bad I can only have one entry. Am back to bcc again on 8 June 2019 and of course the service given to me is better than before... Thank for ms wulan for her attention. She was very helpful for all my needs... And also Ms tria... She is very polite and provide me with quick service
12 July we visited bcc again. First again we had great service given to us by Ms wulan and Ms tannita. upon arrival we are service by Ms tria. She had been given us extremely good service thru out our stay. Last night of our stay my father was feeling unwell and duty manger Mr made visited us to show his concern and offer to send my father for medical treatment. Mr made had show us care and concern. bcc had show us great appreciation as regular guest and excellent services

During our stay on 14th Nov to 15th Nov. We experienced best service we never had before.. Housekeeping was very good and fast not only to our room but to all room guest. We had a surprise towel Swan thank you us for asking housekeeping to clear our during our staying.. I never come across any service line to actual appreciate us for calling them that was great.... My wife... Father mother and nephew love the stay at bcc...
Next event... My mother had food poison with outside food and we went to the nearest hospital at 12am. Upon knowing the news of it Bcc management actually give is late check out take consideration that my mother is too weak to wait outside for the next ferry. We have to appreciate this as bcc counter staff will be facing checking guest scolding for not giving their room on time (with a smiling face) just for my unwell mother.
Laat but not less... My niece of 4 years old is still scolding for bcc Hotel which I never bring her for this trip

The hotel is quite convenient as just beside there is a shopping mall BCS mall. The reception service are friendly and approachable but some there facilities are quite old and not really function need to improve on that.

I suggest not to stay overnight in this hotel. Because we as guests are very uncomfortable to travel. Because when we order transport applications can not be served. The reason is to use a Hotel Taxi whose prices are very unfriendly.

The rooms are very spacious, just the equipment in the bathroom is not too complete (standard: toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo).

Everything is ok, but the elevator likes to be troubled and the window with the glass has an ash so I want to see it there so it can't because there is ash, I just cleaned it.

The Hotel is comfortable, the rest room are clean and fresh.

Really great stay. Staff are friendly. 2nd stay here. We had the executive room if I'm not mistaken. The room had a living room where there is a large L sofa and a long dining/meeting table. The bedroom is isolated by a door and the toilet has its own jacuzzi bathtub that plays the radio. The living room is very spacious. Prolly can fit 20 people. Just beside a mall and hei sushi. The karaoke lounge is spacious. Breakfast menu is limited choices to local food. Only western food is potato and beans. Overall good stay.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Near to shopping centers and food court. There is a swimming pool too. Hallway rooms are cool and comfortable make back again.

Unfortunately this luxurious hotel TDK may order taxis online. Unfortunately I feel pressured by LBH to find another hotel

Room has cigarette smell, middle light is spoilt. Nice and comfortable bed. Close to BCS mall. Breakfast is quite good except for the orange juice. Has clean swimming pool, gym and sauna.

Their standard drops each time i visit, infested with cockroaches the last i went.

The toilet did not meet my expectations for such an elegant looking hotel. I feel that they require a little bit of renovation to be done in the toilets. Cheers. Overall it's a great place to stay (:

The hotel was beautiful. Inside the rooms, the bed was very big. I would reccommend people to stay overnight in this hotel.

A lovely hotel to stay in the city. The Batam City Square (BCS) mall is right next door, it takes just a minute to be in the mall. The hotel breakfast may not be suitable for those with dietary restrictions but it is halal! There's an outdoor coffeeshop called A2 that's next to the hotel as well which has over 20 stalls serving South East Asian food. It's highly recommended to go with someone who speaks the local language. The BCC hotel is great for a vacation that mainly includes shopping, relaxing and beauty (hair, nails, eyelash and eyebrow) treatments. There's also a pool

The staff were friendly and the toiletries and basic necessities were sufficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Place is convenient. Beside BCS mall and A2 food court. 2 roads across, there's a wet market. There's a swimming pool, gym and sauna facilities.

The location is very convenient, some facilities in the room are broken and not repaired, and it is generally good.

Suite room is great but room not so soundproof.. Can hear loud noises from next door and outside the building.

quite good, but it seems like it needs furniture rejuvenation / room property ... so that it looks more fresh, modern and stylish ... in order to compete with new hotels in Batam
Floors coated with carpet need to be a concern for cleanliness; must be completely clean for guest convenience
For room 1921 the cupboard door is "missing" 1 (maybe it is broken or what), please pay attention; for room type PREMIUM SUITE but how come the cupboard is "disabled" s Thanks

Nice and friendly staff. I was so lucky to get a aircon problem room. Inform their tech to check n to monitor. After a while still not cold I call again and they immediately change a room for me. Lastly good place to eat and to shop coz foodcourt & shopping mall is just next door.

I thought that even if I stayed in a hotel, wouldn't I be able to get an online taxi, well, I'm not even in the case I want to book 5 rooms for my family, but because they're often grabbed I'm afraid my family is intimidated to find another hotel

I was pretty once nginap in bcc ..semoga my friends are from Singapore nginap no longer in my bcc.karena order grabcar after the driver've got my jmpt banned in lobby

Excelent hotel and apartment that you can choose in the heart of batam city. You can reach BCS Mall in 5minutes.

One of bad hotel in batam city... I can't book transportation on line from it....

It's not convenient, as hotel guests want to order taxis online why in the ributin the hotel has a black plate taxi. Please management take action.

BCC HOTEL is in the middle of the city of BATAM, which is adjacent to the HOTEL

The location is good, with nearby shopping centre and massage parlour, great service from hotel and price budget.! Highly recommended
