Great show and museum - well worth a visit. You can even return on another day if you cannot see it all in one visit.

Interesting, informative displays.
Not the best place to eat in Longreach.

this is a very hard review to write... We been talking about going on a rd trip and see this one day for years. Well we gone here and felt it was a let down. 1/2 to 2/3 of the items on display as old stuff our pioneer used we still use on the farm today or have it in the sheds just in case we need it one day.

The outback show that run @ 11:00 pushed up our review a lot again we see most of the items they are showing in a daily life but the old stocky running did a ripper job and had both city and bush people enjoy it - well done to that man and his ~1.5 hrs show. That was well worth having a look at the show.

I will give seeing family ftim the city here were loving the Stockman Hall museum and really getting in it to and loving it, they would not have seen all the kind of equipment and grown up with stories at night my husband and I did.

This place was fantastic, did the museum heaps to look at and see, lots to read had a pie floater for lunch. Great day stayed and did the show at night.

Informative . Lots to see. Can go back the next day to continue looking under initial ticket purchase

Fantastic 100% better when i went in 1997, the movie , The Outback was well worth the drive,would go again

Very well presented with some very interesting displays.

Was ok very dimly lit lots of very interesting info ...so much reading .the film was interesting but there is so much about our pioneers at very town i think i have see and heard similar several times . The tourist park in Barcaldine had a speaker in at damper time and we enjoyed hearing him and his yarns.

Disappointed, because it was closed due to renovation. Will just have to come back next year.

Well worth the money for the displays and shows. One thing, make sure you re not last to the Buffett dinner tables. I hear the food was very good.

Just great. From the displays, to the show, to the cafe and gift shop. Could use a bit more casual seating throughout, and better cafe organising during meal times

Loved the interactive displays and hearing the stockmen talk.

Quite interesting but will not take up too much of your time. In & out in less than an hour. I must be getting old because some of the exhibits showed things I remember from when I grew up.

We enjoyed our visit. They have done a lot of updating including a cinema which tells their history, shown on a semi circular screen so you are almost involved. Definitely worth the trip.

A very good collection of stories from people on the land and air and diverse memorabilia. Great stopover.

Great displays. Didn't have time to go to one of the shows however there was a drought relief concert and it was really good.

Stunning. Go see it. Take at least a few hours. Coffee shop and cafe inside. Must do for your Longreach visit.

Fabulous. So much history and so many stories to immerse yourself in.

It is a great place to visit. However in places I thought it all a bit contrived. Make sure you go outside to the garden out the back; very pleasant.

Wonderful customer service extended by the service counter. An amazing display of Australian outback pioneers who opened up the area. Great presentation by attributing credit to indigenous Australians.

This is well with visiting. There is a lot of material to see and it is all well presented. We enjoyed the visit enormously.

your best bet is to do this as part of a Big Three package apart from saving 66 dollers you get mouch more satisfaction from your experience realy worth doing as a package

Learnt a lot about our history that I didn't know. I would recommend this attraction to anyone. The Stockman's show was informative and entertaining. Horses, sheep, working dogs, and even a cowboy riding a 1000kg bull. We were so impressed that we booked into the evening show, which includes dinner. A must visit destination.
