this was an amazing experience. you're honestly in for a surprise.
this was an amazing experience. you're honestly in for a surprise.
A must for every Amsterdam visit !!
Friends for horror and dark stories get their money's worth interactively.
Don t expect anything scary! Think of it as a theatrical horror performance where you ll watch the artists perform and tell you stories in an amusing way.
My bad, I was really excited before going in and looked forward to getting scared but was disappointed.
Very boring, not recomend for anyone, waste of time and money.
This is a great experience, can recommend to anyone and everyone.
The actors here are fantastic. Very interactive and fun. Photos are great . You can get hard copys and download the rest up to 30 days later. Well worth a visit
Brilliant experience, didn't know what to expect and was very fun!
Super gafe experience! Also super cool for tourists !!
There was a lot of food around and nice buildings. However, pizza is cheap and delicious in hajin supermarket of blue signboard which is quite secretive and is near. From there, you can walk to the central station, where you can find the famous French fries.
Everything was good, unfortunately everything was only in English
Outstanding! Only to be recommended !! Scary factor guaranteed ...
This dungeon was the very first I visited.
I did not know what we were getting involved in, but were surprised in the end. It was great fun.
Unfortunately, the English language was very demanding in some places, so I could not understand all the details.
Definitely worth a visit.
Excellent well worth a visit. The actors and staff are brilliant and their English was impeccable.
it went well, wasn't as great as others say about it. For not too frightened children it might be a fun outing. There is nice humor in it, and the actors also enjoy it.
Very nice and definitely worth it. We enjoyed it very much and definitely recommend it. Tour is held in both Dutch and English. We were able to purchase the cards with a discount.
These are dramatic scenes that are both funny and scary. Of course, you will not be in scenes from the film The Grudge, The Circle or the Exorcist, and you will not die from a tachycardia .. The goal is to have a good time, with some surprising passages!
The actors are very good in their roles and know how to involve the public! A dungeon to do if you are fed up with regular visits!
absolutely fantastic set design and acting. a lengthy thrill ride into the horrors of the Spanish inquisition!
I've been here twice, once for the Dutch tour and once for the English one. Both were great, but the second time I went with a class plus 30 exchange students from Spain. An actress at the end of the dungeon dropped out of character to tell us, in Dutch, that we had to be quiet. I mean sure, I get that you're irritated, but remain in character. Despite that, it's been two great experiences.
I definitely warn you against buying on-line the so-called "BIG TICKET" as in the photo. They advertise it as a combined ticket for three attractions at a very affordable price, and on the spot it turns out that the purchased ticket only entitles you to enter the "house of fear" and for subsequent entries to the museum or a cruise you have to pay extra, not in accordance with the online description of the offer. The place itself is interesting but rather grotesque than scary. A good acting game in English in an interesting setting helps you feel the atmosphere of those dark times.
I thought this was a great experience and all employees are really great here.
Tested on Thursday, June 6, 2019.
Nice place but no more. I was not more excited than that by the performances of the actors and the place.
I do not understand phenomenon of this place. It is not scary it is rather boring. There is no house of fear but some kind of performance. Even our children were disappointed. plus for the actors' play.
Very good and interesting. Entertaining and great from the actors
very touristy but ok you would only really go once and probably wouldn't go again as it's all the same things in the show. however the same people tended to get chosen through the experience and this should be resolved to improve the overall experience as every group could have one person selected.
My fourth time going..a must do for anyone in Amsterdam!!
Was a nice experience. Exciting (for younger children (10-14yrs) but also with the necessary humor.
Near to Madame Tussauds / Dame square.. it's funny and hilarious to get into dungeon and good to have 20minutes of joy ride
Need an online booking but Amsterdam is worth a visit
Dope. Plus it's in a old haunted church which just adds to the spookiness.
Hilarious..
Go here stoned you will love it!!
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Such crazy fun and thrill.
I would recommend you visit him
Time is wasted within about an hour
And God is ashamed of the money to pay
Good performers! Book cheaper on the direct website! Then the price-performance ratio is great!
We liked it, unfortunately the group was very big! But very well done!
Was a good performance but you have to speak English. You get involved in the stories.
Funny, you walk all the way with different scenarios . About 9 . The actors always choose someone to participate .
It's okay I would say there more Interesting places to visit but definitely worth a visit
We bought a combined ticket with tussauds for our group. The queuing to get in was not too long and all the actors were fantastic, there were quite a few rooms and experiences and it was really informative as well as being funny too.
Would definitely do it again, price was ok and all in all the experience probably lasted an hour.
Really good fun, it was something that I'm glad I didn't miss before I left Amsterdam!
This was really good, I've been to the one in London before but you never expect what is happening. It made everyone jump, my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
In terms of planning, a disaster as great as Madame Tussaud's. There are a whopping two hours during the week, because there are obviously no fixed times for English-speaking and Dutch performances, which would be absolutely necessary due to the rush of visitors. When, after two hours, we were finally in the show, any anticipation for them had disappeared. We were just eaten and wanted to get out again. The show itself is certainly nice and great for kids, but less suitable for adults. The high entrance fee is probably justified by the fact that u.a. the actors have to be paid. A second visit will certainly not take place.
Really amazing experience, probably not for small children though
Was great!
Just a longer wait in the "dungeon".
Otherwise it was very exciting and I had a lot of respect for the audience.
One can only recommend
Very nice done ... you really do not expect this! certainly not the rollercoaster at the end
Not bad for visiting Amsterdam as a tourist. But it's expensive and I've seen better in London
Was fun even though I'm a scaredy rabbit.
Unfortunately my english is not that good. I only understood half.
Phones are not allowed while on the tour, but it's for the best also. Very interesting take on the past of Amsterdam
20 euro for a botched attraction that offers no alternative to a person with little command of English the souvenir photo is 18 euros a waste of time and money
Nice but nothing more. I expected more spectacular, good acting, however.
Very nice experience. The event is an interactive performance that allows viewers to get goose bumps in their laughter. The whole performance includes four themes, which takes about an hour! You can be active and be a volunteer! However, it should be noted that this interactive performance has certain requirements for the audience's English level, but the actors will take care of you, don't be afraid! Must go to Amsterdam! Please turn off your mobile phone as required before the show. Filming is prohibited throughout the show. Please respect copyright.
Great experience. Had expected a little more from it. Fairly pricey for what it offers now.
Fairly comical that at the end they switched from Dutch to English. Small mistake there.
Awesome. It is exciting and funny. The actors play super well and have fun / good interactions with the audience. (I was immediately locked up )
Hilarious but did expect to be frightened. Great value for money and very entertaing.
Good place for families but overall not what I expected. Not for young thrill seekers.
Remember to account for a 30 minute wait line if you have purchased tickets for e specific period of the day. I was almost not let in after waiting 25 minutes in line and time was 8 minutes past the timeframe the ticket was for.
It was a nice visit. The Hamburg Dungeon is more eventful. But probably also because of the fact that Hamburg has written history. Amsterdam less. Is still well done.
