Don t expect anything scary! Think of it as a theatrical horror performance where you ll watch the artists perform and tell you stories in an amusing way.

My bad, I was really excited before going in and looked forward to getting scared but was disappointed.

There was a lot of food around and nice buildings. However, pizza is cheap and delicious in hajin supermarket of blue signboard which is quite secretive and is near. From there, you can walk to the central station, where you can find the famous French fries.

This dungeon was the very first I visited.
I did not know what we were getting involved in, but were surprised in the end. It was great fun.
Unfortunately, the English language was very demanding in some places, so I could not understand all the details.

Definitely worth a visit.

These are dramatic scenes that are both funny and scary. Of course, you will not be in scenes from the film The Grudge, The Circle or the Exorcist, and you will not die from a tachycardia .. The goal is to have a good time, with some surprising passages!
The actors are very good in their roles and know how to involve the public! A dungeon to do if you are fed up with regular visits!

I've been here twice, once for the Dutch tour and once for the English one. Both were great, but the second time I went with a class plus 30 exchange students from Spain. An actress at the end of the dungeon dropped out of character to tell us, in Dutch, that we had to be quiet. I mean sure, I get that you're irritated, but remain in character. Despite that, it's been two great experiences.

I definitely warn you against buying on-line the so-called "BIG TICKET" as in the photo. They advertise it as a combined ticket for three attractions at a very affordable price, and on the spot it turns out that the purchased ticket only entitles you to enter the "house of fear" and for subsequent entries to the museum or a cruise you have to pay extra, not in accordance with the online description of the offer. The place itself is interesting but rather grotesque than scary. A good acting game in English in an interesting setting helps you feel the atmosphere of those dark times.

I do not understand phenomenon of this place. It is not scary it is rather boring. There is no house of fear but some kind of performance. Even our children were disappointed. plus for the actors' play.

very touristy but ok you would only really go once and probably wouldn't go again as it's all the same things in the show. however the same people tended to get chosen through the experience and this should be resolved to improve the overall experience as every group could have one person selected.

We bought a combined ticket with tussauds for our group. The queuing to get in was not too long and all the actors were fantastic, there were quite a few rooms and experiences and it was really informative as well as being funny too.

Would definitely do it again, price was ok and all in all the experience probably lasted an hour.

In terms of planning, a disaster as great as Madame Tussaud's. There are a whopping two hours during the week, because there are obviously no fixed times for English-speaking and Dutch performances, which would be absolutely necessary due to the rush of visitors. When, after two hours, we were finally in the show, any anticipation for them had disappeared. We were just eaten and wanted to get out again. The show itself is certainly nice and great for kids, but less suitable for adults. The high entrance fee is probably justified by the fact that u.a. the actors have to be paid. A second visit will certainly not take place.

Was great!
Just a longer wait in the "dungeon".
Otherwise it was very exciting and I had a lot of respect for the audience.

Very nice experience. The event is an interactive performance that allows viewers to get goose bumps in their laughter. The whole performance includes four themes, which takes about an hour! You can be active and be a volunteer! However, it should be noted that this interactive performance has certain requirements for the audience's English level, but the actors will take care of you, don't be afraid! Must go to Amsterdam! Please turn off your mobile phone as required before the show. Filming is prohibited throughout the show. Please respect copyright.

Great experience. Had expected a little more from it. Fairly pricey for what it offers now.
Fairly comical that at the end they switched from Dutch to English. Small mistake there.

Remember to account for a 30 minute wait line if you have purchased tickets for e specific period of the day. I was almost not let in after waiting 25 minutes in line and time was 8 minutes past the timeframe the ticket was for.
