Incredible experience, a little pricey but really really enjoyable - I liked how the actors would incorporate people from the tour into the experience (in was advised of witchcraft!!) - the free beer/soft drink at the end was a really nice touch as well

I love the concept of the Dungeon - a great little scary timetravel gives you an image of the ancient city. Very entertaining but after visiting the one in London and Hamburg I must admit this one is by far the 3rd place. Less "attractions" and no rides.

It was a great afternoon at the Dungeon.

A great place to spend some time in Amsterdam. It is not an expensive place and it will certainly provide much joy and laughter. The service is very nice and, of course, often encourages those less decisive. recommend

Absolutely amazing, one of the best & most exciting attraction. It's truly an interactive tour through 500 years of history. The staff/actors are spot on & very humours. The best way to take in some history in a very fun & clever fashion.

This place is the biggest waste of time since watching grass grow. The most boring tour I have ever been on. No mobile phones allowed to take pictures staff getting so into roll play they just look like crazy people. I would describe it as more of a comedy tour than a history tour. There are way too many people per tour leaving you in a room packed like sardines on the way to Auschwitz. As we were walking out of a room a said thank you Mr crazy person. And the tour guide grabbed me by the throat and said who are you calling crazy man? crazy man.

I then grabbed him by the face and hit him in the face with my water bottle. The staff called the police and the police sided with me and he was arrested and that ended the tour.

Very interactive! They get the crowd involved in the show that is put on giving them a history of Amsterdam. All the while doing a great job at scaring everyone. Be prepared to get up in front of the crowd to interact with the actors. It's all part of the fun!

A "guided" and amusing tour. Actors mostly amuse, once in a while give little short scares, while teaching a bit of history. Cool gift shop. Cheaper online tickets (19 ) and even cheaper to come before 12:30 and/or after 16:30 (17.5 ) (check their website).

I went here qith my 17 year old son. We had great fun. It was exciting and at times scary. The Larpers working there were superb and enthousiastic. And.. they took the corona measures very seriously and made sure that all guests remained at 1.5 mtr distance and still had lots of fun. Great place to got to....

Nice interaction with the 'residents'. Checkout area was a bit chaotic .. People who have already bought a ticket should not be in the same line as people who still have to buy a ticket.

Simply excellent place, near the house in the center, on the same block of the wax museum, the tickets are recommended to get them through an agency that sells tickets, they are cheaper, a tour of a house where the era of the Inquisition in Amsterdam, where each room is something new and dynamic, with characters that act with the public and make the visit more fun. Duration 1: 30hs.

Scary!

This is a great place to visit for all the family. It is a fun way to learn history and to have a scare. The attraction was very entertaining and fun, really enjoyed. The staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

A series of performances, improvised actors' scenes with the audience, that's why I recommend understanding English, a nice corridor of mirrors without a way out, a barrel of laughter rather than fear, but once it's worth a look.

Fun experience, also interesting to learn about the horrors of history. At the end you have the option to purchase some items with photos of yourself and the people you visited with. However, this is very expensive and you only receive a download link for the ones you purchased - I was under the impression that we would receive a download link for all photos taken if we purchased at least 1 item. Keychains and more are 15 EUR and a photo book costs 20 EUR, all of these only include 2 photos each.
