Very nice to visit. Top actors, who make the story very clear. Have to sit 2 hours in front of the train to go there. But it was worth it.
Only the photos I personally find quite pricey

If you love scary and crime stories it can be a very pleasurable experience. Wonderful costumes , amazing scenography and brilliant actors. Try it!

Had a really good time here,well worth the visit.Role play was excellent and the crowd interaction made it a right laugh

Our English was pretty bad, but we enjoyed and laughed a lot.

Best place that i have visited in a day in Amsterdam! Got wax figures and dungeon as combo so it was cheap and absolutely deffinetely worth it! Actors were fantastic, so talented, improvising, helping to play along for those who dont even understand english. Experience that i wish i forgot and got to go throught it again and again with fresh surprises and stories. Really reccomended to go there, everything else in city wasnt as entertaining as this place!

As like my review of Madame Tussauds which if just up the road, quite a good tour with a few of the actors nearly 1hr long, just with no ride at the end like the London one. If you have a Merlin premium annual pass you can get in for free too!

A very cool place in Amsterdam! I recommend everyone who is in Amsterdam to get a double ticket in advance, which also includes the Madame Tussauds! Both are absolutely worth seeing attractions in Amsterdam and can be visited well and gladly. After a leisurely stroll through the wax museum, The Dunegon definitely offers the right kick! The wax museum is also very modern and offers enough space to look at everything in peace, thanks to the limited admission. Before the dungeon, however, I warn all those who do not like to be taken out of the crowd and then want to take part in the spectacle. Can happen. ;)

It was quite funny probably not supposed to be though ..I didn't realise it was going to be so intense ! Lasted quite a while but you have to wait a while for it to begin also. Have to pay if you want any photos or anything like that .actors were really good fair play.

Nice place, comfortable mattress very good buffet breakfast, very friendly service.

We recommend. A different scary show. By far the best where I have seen in such a way. If you can speak some English it is certainly of advantage, but not absolutely necessary.

Nice to do it sometime. Fortunately we had a discount otherwise I thought it was a bit expensive but nice experience. Beautiful decors. Certainly do.

Great show, talented actors & I loved the set design.
I also loved that they interact with the audience and they will pick people several time during the tour and include them in the scene.
The show is funny, not scary though.
Advice: Get the combination ticket ( Madame Tussaud + Amsterdam Dungeon) for a better price.

Excellent! I can recommend it without reservation! It's really great: very funny but also creepy! The dungeon in London is a lot creepier but the one in Amsterdam is funnier!
The only negative: the groups are too large, so that you sometimes notice the shockers too early and you know where something is happening.

Brilliant place, not overly scary for all ages. Staff always so helpful and polite.

Exciting ! Maybe a little too for some children. My daughter wanted to get out but that of course could not .... recommended for company outings

Certainly recommended. The cast is very professional and knows how to get hold of everyone. Good storyline about the history of the Netherlands.

Dungeon Amsterdam is highly recommended for those who love creepy. This tour lasts no less than 80 minutes and is very nice to go with teenagers and adults. And if you order the tickets through Groupon or social deal it is extra cheap.

I found it very interesting and very cool. Only not recommended for people with mobility problems, suffer from heart problems and / or epilepsy. Lots of walking and also stairs, you can arrange and bright lamp that blinks. But for the rest I will recommend it is really nice to experience once

I had a great time with my wife, we jumped at a resumption but it was to end in fun!
The actors are excellent and play their role very well. You may be sidetracked in their games, but rest assured nothing bad

The show overall is very nice although a little expensive at full ticket. It requires a good knowledge of English and 2 hours of time.

Fantastic time here, very good entertainment. Actors were all amazing with plenty of interesting facts and lots of audience participation.

I went with my small cousin and we had a ton of fun here. Sometimes bit creepy, but the actors did a great job entertaining the customers and also the overall atmosphere felt very authentic.

Great story & great actor, only I find the price exaggerated!

It was more funny than scary, but I enjoyed the experience. The 3 stars are because I believe it is overpriced for what it offers and the waiting line spoiled much of the fun.

Today my husband and I plus introduced free admission because we are teachers. Super nice experience with two teenagers. Top action from Dungeons !! Thanks!

A really nice experience. They don't speak Italian but they make themselves understood :).

Loved the performances of the staff.. though it's not that scary...but it's funny indeed!

The atmosphere is just right enough mixed between scary and adventurous
