The decor and props were marvelously done. The actors are brilliant and look scary. If you have a weak heart, better not go there. The tickets to get in can be a bit pricey.

It is exactly what you imagine it to be: a tacky turist attraction. A bit overpriced but a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon in Amstedam.

Well creepy decorated, the actors went out of their way but the show was very boring and I did not get scared.

Really good fun, a few decent scares and lasts just the right amount of time.

Funny and scary entertainment. May not be suitable for small children. Doesn't rely entirely on jump-scares, but there are still quite a few of them.

Was really a great experience, it's a kind of horror and funny show at the same time , which takes you to Amsterdam 500 years ago and the dark history for the city also includes a lot of other shows, but as they mentioned what happened in the dungeon , stays in the dungeon

A funny and immersive attraction. The actors took us on a journey through the history of Holland. Gorgeous decor. Small downside: not long enough (compared to that of London).

We went to the Dungeon Amsterdam with little previous knowledge.
As a description, the horror tour with actors fits me very well.
You go from room to room and each time you get a scary story told by an actor - they do a good job. Usually someone from the audience is involved. This is entertaining for children and also scares in between.
You have to understand English or Dutch, otherwise you don't understand the stories.
The regular prices are too high.
With a discount - via various Internet portals - it works.

Last time I was here was about 6 years ago. Much has changed in the meantime! Nice to visit once, especially the real actors make it fun.

Is very nice with professional actors and decors. Certainly do when you are in Amsterdam. Here you have a lot more than Madame Tussauds !!

To do! All the speech is in English but it follows well.

The wait was excruciating, they split up the groups based on language. Not as good as the London dungeon and tend to have the same general stories.

Awesome. We visited this with a group of students and we had a great time! Terribly scary at times and hilarious the next! Super experience!

Nicely done, adhere well to the measures. Stairs are inconspicuously lit so you can see where you are walking. Top experience!

If you expect horror, don't go here. It is a number of shows that have been put together very well. You become part of the story. A great attraction for young and old!

Good "Show", but a little too short. For example, the Hamburg-Version ist longer and has more action.

A nice and interesting activity. Not very scary, rather funny. But that could have been due to the high amount of children in our group.

We all laughed and scared each other. Great actors and locations that are worth the money. Would come back!

Great attraction to do in Amsterdam, visit in Dutch and English.

This was a great time. They choose people from the group to participate in the scary activities. The actors are also very impressive. The pictures at the end made out day.

The place is an area where the rooms and each room given a person wearing explains to you speaketh unto you in English. And it scares you.

Endowed experience that horror mesh Bs trivially (Elly Try the hotel in Dubai and haunted hysteria is not going to be afraid of this place)

I was expecting more, but ended disappointed.
Funny - Maybe, Scary - Not at all.

I felt it pretty expensive. Costed us 24Eur per person.

The actors were great. Compliment! However, I expected more horror for the money. Unfortunately, the real shock moments did not materialize for me.

Very nice experience; different scenes from previous centuries with guaranteed exciting moments. Personal advice not to bring too young children (minus a year or 14). Note: there are both English and Dutch tours. Tickets are relatively cheap in combination with madame toussayd.

Get it for 5 euro when you visit madame tussauds worth a visit nothing spectacular I spent a few days in Amsterdam recently and the best thing I went to was the Ann Frank house

Great day out, plenty of entertaining action and all the characters played their part with humour. Well worth a visit especially as part of the days inclusive ticket.

Cool place, it's worth going. They speak English. We are suspenseful from the very entrance. Participants take part in the scenes played by the actors. You have to walk a lot down the stairs. But that doesn't bother you at all. A dark place, delicately lit. It is worth going. recommend

My husband and I took our 13 year old son - he absolutely loved it. For adults it may be a bit ho-hum and overpriced.

Actually, I was walking in Amsterdam city and I find this amazing place and I joined the group in the last second. Amazing adventure, each room has little game with a nice history and I was really enjoyed. Scary stuff but not for me as a result in my picture you can see I'm laughing but the other girls scared.

Boring. Too much a set up show. Little over the top. A bit long-winded too. A little less about acting would probably make it much more fun.
Still 1 star for the roller coaster.

Wicked fun at the dungeon. Scary in parts. The actors do an amazing job. Well worth a visit if you're having a city break in Amsterdam.

It was an incredible, impressive experience and you cannot miss it
