Room and everything is good but the system are no good suppose if you bring some food from outside and you need some plates to put on it they will take charge of 80 bat

The room condition is actually worse than the pictures that look very much. Most customers are guests, including the robby area, the elevator and the corridor. The stay has a bad smell and a lot of cigarette. The room was not clean. And smelly cigarette smell as well Both requesting a non-smoking room Also heard the motorcycle sound And the sound of cleaning the side Came into being periodically Causing sleep to fail The air conditioner is not cold even though it is adjusted at 11 degrees. When calling to inquire about the standard room price, say 2,100 with breakfast. But when he arrived, he said that 2,500 made no sense. With management Will not ask to come back again

The hotel was ok. Little disappointed as the view was not so good from the room they have allocated.

For some reason this place is very popular among Indian and Bangladeshi guests. Overall it is not a bad place - big hotel with good food. But the place is old - the rooms' fixtures are falling apart and there is a weird old carpet smell all around. But most annoying thing is the limited staff they have in reception even during check in and check out time. I haven't seen such long queues in any hotel for check in and check out. I think they should employ more people. Overall, the value for money is not with this place.

Next to Nana BTS station, eatery, convenience shops, laundry shops etc. Very convenience place.

Great ambience, I had stayed there two times, apart from the stay we have got some other facilities, Sindhu 4th floor the Avengers hey beautiful garden and birds nest ,a variety of birds are available there

I stay in main wing, which is now looks like old, but still stay is good with all amenities

Located in a very happening place, with good rooms and hospitality

The worst hotel nowadays. It was very sophisticated and good before. Nowadays rooms are dirty, furnitures are old and broken. Though the room is non smoking but smoke smell is prominent. Bathrooms are unclean. No dental kit given.
Most importantly service has gone nuts. Front desk officer behaved rudely and no bell boy is here to bring bags to the floor or to the room. Breakfast menu is nice but the service at the breakfast cafe (AM Cafe) is the worst possible. I m really disheartened by seeing all these because this hotel was one of my favourite places and I used to loved their service. I m not coming back to this hotel anymore.

Unwelcoming staff. Guests don't look nice either. Stay away.

There is everything you need, a wonderful breakfast, large rooms, good location

Amazing hotel. Hotel's interior is exquisite. Loved the breakfast ranges. Delicious Indian food is available in breakfast. Rooms are very well maintained. Stayed on 21St floor on tower wing. View from hotel window was stunning.

Nice hotel. Great staff, good breakfast and nice room (Tower section). I've stayed at most hotels on soi 11. But this one, although a little more expensive, is worth it. I will certainly return there next time.

One of the oldest property, a charm in its time. Looks grand from the lobby but rooms are old and small specially for the base room.

I went to see an MMA fight on the rooftop. Very local and great atmosphere. You must be in the mood for it though.

Staying at the Ambassador loby hotel is good but the room is still a stlyle 90 han good interior inside, and the mosquitoes are pretty decent in the hotel area

If you want to enjoy all night long in the city and no sleep, it's ok, even thought the toilet is very crappy and it's too loud outside all night long.

Big tent. If you need to go to the embassy for business etc, this is a perfect and central place. T costs no turd and is still very decent. Rooms somewhat outdated but not disturbing. Breakfast very extensive and just okay.

Worst hotel on the name of hospitality , Not on single staff is having smile on their face , rude and arrogant . And worst part is the lady on front desk (Ms pakaporn h) is so much arrogant that she dont know how to talk to guest. if anyone planning to stay dont waste your money, you will find better hotel near by with good price and service . And for hotel management please train your staff about hospitality. dont recruit untrained staff it will ruin your hotel reputation.

Decent hotel with security towards front. Options for bar and restaurants around the hotel as well. Roads outside hotel can be crowded and congested at times

Terrible service. My friend was having a fever and we called Reception to ask for a thermostat to check body temperature both in Thai and English for 3 times. Reception didnt care and just passed on to Housekeeping saying they don't have. When we asked about where we can get it, they just said they don't know, while it's sold at the 7 11 convenient store right next to the hotel. Overall, staffs don't bother to care about guests' health and wellbeing, which is the worst kind of service. Don't stay here!

The hotel is quite dirty. Preparing for the job, the room where the preparatory work has a lot of dead cockroaches.

Good location, nice little market on the street. Five minutes away from Sky train. Rooms are not five star but alright. Big old hotel and the staff are alright too. Don't expect luxury here.
