really good superior hotel structure ... shame attendance exclusively of Pakistanis and Indians ...

Delicious food and friendly staffs with nice live music during lunch buffet

Very old rooms condition, actually it s kind a tricky cuz the only new thing is the LOBBY! I saw FLIRS and insects are scattered on the breakfast buffet. The good thing is the Stuff are good.

The hotel was good but certainly showing signs of ageing the water in the shower was either too cold or too hot.

Good rooms. Horrible uncooperative staff. Very rude. Don't know how to handle customers. Don't stay in this hotel.

Hotel rooms are good and spacious. Receptionist and bell boys looked grumpy, could definitely do better with few more smiles.

Buffet breakfast was good. Overall, ok hotel for few nights stay.

Apart of building and room service people, i liked nothing about this hotel. Reception staff is not at all helpful, even they are rude to indians. Concierge people will try to cut you down, they charge more money, you have to bargain with them. Rooms are very small, i booked for 3 people, they gave me very small room (ideally for double occupancy) with an extra bed. I myself had to make arrangements to make some space in the room to walk atleast.

The hotel had a good location near tons of decent street food vendors and access to trains. My room was awesome and clean. Only thing I hated was the crummy swimming pool. Probably won't be back cause swimming and tanning is important to me

Nice place in city center all what you need only tv channel was not ok otherwise every thing is ok

Very bad experiences, very bad room, no bad room service Provide to me. We are 6 person at 2 were book form make my trip and I was book from goibibo for me there is a old building and for them there is new building. No breakfast given by the hotel in paper they wrote breakfast available till 10.30 but I reach staff says all is closed. 10.15 but not getting Any brakefast only bread. Goibibo kindly return my breakfast money

Very noisy until about 1am if your room is at the front of the hotel. Bathroom really need a revamp and a deep clean. They charge you a 1000thb deposit for the mini bar in your room - which is a bit irritating when the mini bar doesn't actually exist. Breakfast is an absolute rip off if it's not included in your room rate - charged 1600thb for three of us to basically have one cup of coffee and a croissant each. Didn't have one of the rooms ready by check in time, therefore had to wait around for an hour, no apology or anything offered (like a drink etc.). WiFi is very flakey and doesn't always work (no login ability about 8/10 times I tried to use it)
However bellboys were brilliant, very kind and really assisted us well with our luggage and let us keep it there for 5 hours after we checked out - unfortunately that is about the only positive thing I can say about the hotel.

Great rooms . Staff is well behaved. The morning breakfast is awesome.The spa and swimming pool excellent.There is also a boxing ring in the gym area.

The water pressure in the shower was weak.
The floor was dirty. The refilling of the towel was not done properly.

PROS: Location is very good. 7 Eleven, money exchange restaurants specially Indian and Bengali all are near by. You can find travel agency inside hotel corridor. Room condition is very good and well maintained. Staffs are really friendly with customer and helpful. Room service are very fast.
Cons: I couldn't find any. Food price is high compared to hotel price.

The Only Hotel on Soi 11 suitable for Group with buses. Large hotel suitable for Tour groups and convention groups.

I did not stay there but I was ordering next to it every day because of the proximity to the hotel I was staying at which is Grand Residence

very poor staff behaviour...and if you are muslim there swimming place is not good for woman as they does not allow women to swim who wear long pants and t shirt...only bikini is allowed.For which they insult muslim wmomen there

Not the most family friendly place to stay at.Rooms all standard and family of 4 made to sleep like chickens.Won't recommend to family.Also tea or coffee only for 2 people per room.Even though we were 4.Staff need to go for training especially manageress on duty

Clean, good price and staff very nice and helpful. I would rate it 4 1/2 stars. We were in an older part which is kept up very well. My only complaint is the beds are a little extra firm for my liking and my old bones.

It s an okay hotel. One half is outdated and need a lot of improvement and the other half is very nice. Spend the extra money and go for the nicer wing.

Very disappointing hotel for a four star, very poor service and poor rooms. Air-conditioning in room is very poor.very poor room service , while staff and mangment lack professionalism. Breakfast arrangements was not up to the mark .

I have stayed nearly 5days there recently.awesome place it's near to chain of Indian restaurant. Hotel is equipped with all five star amenities.nana metro station is very near to this which will connect you to other parts of bangkok.there are lot of ATMs with in 50meters.overall it's a pleasant stay.

It's a very convenient location. Almost every thing you need is around this place. Taxis freely available just out side the hotel. Sky train station '' NANA'' is a few meters away from the hotel. Sky train is the fastest mode of transport to avoid the vehicular traffic. Hotel is a nice place too for a stay. Recommended !

Pretty old property. Rooms were big and ok for the price. Breakfast was average including some indian options. Charged 50thb for using their microwave to heat baby meal. Let me give a peice of advise to all...
If the person at the hotel cannot speak or understand english just walk away as they can only disappoint u in thailand.

Probably it is the most suitable location in Bangkok specially tourists coming from Indian Sub Continent. Hotel service, foods and accomodation is reasonable and good. All the amusement and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bangladeshi and Indian tourism facilities providers are available in the complex who provide budget and safe facilities. Anyone who likes to take Bangladeshi or Indian cuisine and halal foods, good restaurants are available adjacent to the hotel.

Good hotel in a convinient location. It is right by the Nana train station which connects you to the rest of the city. The rooms were not anything special but nothing to complain about. Reasonably priced aswell. I recommend especially if you are coming from South Asia because this is where many of its visitors stay. They may recommend a boat cruise for you but for its price I don't think it is worth it, rather you try and look for one yourself.

A lot has changed at the Ambassador in a few years. Caters to Indian travelers now. Almost exclusive. Busloads outside in front parking lot. Not saying that's good or bad but something to consider. Tower Rooms the best. Badly needs restoration inside. Gym and carpets looks like a time-warp from the 1960s. Great location though. Soi 11 is definitely a happening place.

Ultra hot Climax Night Club down below rocks around Midnight. Crazy street scene. Villa Market close by which is a must if want to stock up on drinks and food. Great restaurant across the street called Rosabieng. If you go at night and sit outside, ask for Mosquito spray or you'll pay an itchy price the next day.

Nana BTS station a block away. You name it, it's probably near the Ambassador. Massage here is legit (well, supposedly most of the time) so look for full body special around 680 baht. Morning breakfast is good. Au Bo Pain in front for good coffee and excellent seating for watching any and everything walk down Soi 11.

Its okay in the price. The amenities are not very impressive though

Rooms were pretty average
Booked a king size bed but it wasn t available so they gave me 2 single beds
Wasn t offered free breakfast in return..
Hotel seems to be in a decent area
A lot of traffic around the area so better leave before time
Food was good but expensive but I would recommend visiting the restaurant on the ground level

One of my favourite hotel because this hotel has a travel agency in the main building and the rooms of the main building is very cozy and very good.
In the building,it has 2 restaurant in the Main building.
So, this hotel deserves a five star.

Very good location, nearby Nana BTS, markets like Robinson & Terminal 21 are within walking distance. Hundreds of restaurants are of different types are there in adjacent area like - authentic Thai, Indian, Japanese, Italian, Arab, Bangla..I also found one Argentine restaurant even!! About Hotel, its nicely maintained, good choice for this kind of moderate budget. Rooms service is good. Last time in Jan'18 I experienced poor internet in main building, this time I am staying in Tower building and found internet is good. They said they are using one supplier for wifi (for main building & tower), in that case they might improve the service in between. Overall, this is good option for this budget.

Once upon a time it may 4 star hotel but now it will not worth more than 2 star hotel. Although It has large specious room and all facilities but most of them are old and not working properly.
