Osm hotel and good service had a comfortable stay with my family but the only issue is Wi-Fi it doesn't works properly and once u r into the room and close the door Wi-Fi also says good bye

Very very bad place to stay. I never suggest anyone to go there. Stinking rooms bad food & wort behaviour

Hotel is good. Convention room is okay. Ambassador hotel is value for prices. There are many types of room in this hotel which are different worth prices. In this hotel, a lots of foreigners stay here coming from many countries in the world.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, but a little dark, the staff is polite, well-mannered, lovely, clean restaurant, good-tasting dim sum food, skilled chefs, good-made, neat taste. The downside is the buffet at 654 baht, but only gives the main dish. 1 is too little for 5 people, some of the menus are all out. When asked, about 4-5 menus, not sure, will it be more than that? Fried rice should be distributed to each person, a small bowl is still good. Some dim sum menus are made really slow, sometimes I have missed the table and things haven't come yet. We ordered more. It appears 4 more old items have been ordered again. And quoted at the same time Personal desserts are more focused on hot desserts. Not much of a refreshing menu.

Right in the heart of Sukhumvit. Easy and walking access to stores Street market, MTR, good food. But I recommend checking out other newer places to stay for the price you pay at the ambassador. If you want to stay in the lobby it's the best. Rooms and hallways on all floors are pretty old and worn-out. Desk monitors at work these days are bigger than the TV in the rooms. I stayed at 616. The electric plug outlets are few and so unreachable. The fridge does not work in my room. At 7am no one picks up in the reception. Looks like a big place in the neighborhood but it doesn't seem worth the stay. Find a newer place.

The hotel is one of the largest in terms of the number of beds and also expansion in Bangkok. It is located at Sukhumvit Road Soi 11. The prices are reasonable in terms of amenities. Whether the hotel is rated correctly with 4 stars may decide for yourself. The location is definitely great. 3 minutes to reach BTS, many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Within the hotel several restaurants as well as Indian tailors, gold shops, cafes and pharmacy as well as travel agencies. There is also a sushi bar. Only the breakfast buffet is a very restless place to say the least. But that is due to the predominantly Indian guests. Their volume is exceeded only by their desire to fight at the buffet. Who is the first to egg-fry defends this place for all his relatives. Otherwise, every place in the hotel is wheelchair accessible. The rooms are relatively clean and also quite quiet despite noisy neighborhood. Only the water pressure is very low so you jump under shower back and forth to get wet. The staff is uncommonly very cool towards the guest. WiFi is free everywhere. A late checkout is also offered without demand. Overall, the hotel makes a good impression but 4 stars?

I wouldn t book this hotel full price, but after the discount it s not bad. The room service comes god early, so put the do not disturb on your door if you want to sleep or have jet lag.

Service is good.. Appriciate Baggage pickup..the hotel looks very nice from outside but The main wing is old school.. Rooms have no automation.. My room had a small bathroom..

I won't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It should be listed as 3 stars hotel. Full of mosquitoes, rooms and toilets are not too clean. However, the place of the hotel is good as it's near to reaturants and malls.

Is the best place to stay in Bangkok Integrated service

Rather dark interior and cavern like connecting peripheral buildings. The taxi touts are too intimidating. To discover Thailand, try somewhere away from Sukhumvit 11 in general.

Old wing is dark and really old. New wing is good. It's near middle eastern food hotels.

Really painful check-in process. Takes almost 55-60 minutes per check-in. Require passports, visa, departure slip of immigration form and a mail from the tourist agency. It is then sent to their reservation desk and confirmation awaited. All this takes around an hour and feels like eternity.

One star less rating for bad behavior of staff with indians .Other wise ,great hotel for good price .Near to BTS station .Street shopping near by .

While the rooms were spacious and could sleep 3 people, the air quality from the room aircon was not clean & smelled stuffy. Housekeeping was helpful in providing extra blankets when requested. At the breakfast place, the wait staff's idea of cleaning the crumbs from the table was to sweep them to the floor! Food was plentiful...there were halal and vegetarian sections.

Stayed here 10 days..hotel was clean..room service ok..also had acces to the pool

The receptionist is not okay, waiting for a long time, does not solve immediate problems. There is no porter to help, the hotel is big, the service is not okay, not impressed.

Best hotel to stay in Bangkok for maximum 2-3 days...
It used to be the most happening hotel till March 2018 because of having Climax Club , the best party club in BKK , but after shutting down Climax Club the ambiance is a little bore.
But still the hotel has got a nice ambiance around & many good clubs also nearby.

Favourite hotel in bangkok for Bangladeshi people. I was a guest here on Feb 2012.

Adequate at best. Checked out at 12 and only 1 clerk working so the wait was nearly half an hour! Room was clean but tired and the AC sounded like the second coming. The shower was scalding hot and no option to change the temperature - in my view this would be dangerous for young children. Not quite the 5* experience this was billed as on Agoda. That said, the location is handy but there are far better places nearby for the same kind of price.

The Ambassador is an older property but the location is excellent on Sukhumvit Soi 11 in the heart of the tourist district. Nearby is excellent food, nightlife, shopping and movie theaters.
