Nice place to stay, centrally located, staff is helpful

Quite a cozy hotel but you'll feel relaxed. They've got some beautiful birds near their restaurant, pool and gym. Very near Nana BTS with many shops around, from clothes to food, except a big mall. It's pretty more enjoyable to take time and stroll just around. The place is also a very convenient place for conferences, weddings and other parties.

It's a pretty good hotel with prime location. Nice rooms and great arrangement. All facilities and services are excellent except for the front desk, and this staff could be capacitated with better quality customer engagement by being polite and hospitable along with increasing their pace while attending customers who have been traveling long hours to visit the beautiful country of Thailand!

Standard mainwing rooms, inexpensive, clean, quiet, but the bathroom (stay date) has a damp smell. Waste air cleaner In front of the hotel looking for easy food Near entertainment And night shopping. .. Overall good.

The facilities are old but surprisingly big.
Cost performance is good, but there are many people who are suitable for the price of the guests.

It is very very big hotel. We stayed 3 nights and found very poor air-condition. Small bathroom, old shampoo and shower items. But the breakfast was good. Sky train station is nearby and there are lots of Bangladeshi restaurants to have lunch and dinner. First day we found a bad behaved receptionist but laggege service was excellent.

at this price it is much better than the business hotel a few steps down.. breakfast could be improved.

Quite ok though. The best location. Comfy bed. Friendly staffs. Lots of indians and Indian food near by. It has its own pool, gym and restaurants inside.

They ask for a deposit if 1000bhat which they will return while you checkout. Else smooth process. Huge lounge.

Pretty good hotel for the price and lets face it, you get what you pay for. The lobby and outside look much nicer than the hallways and actual rooms, although they are not bad either. The rooms were fairly clean although on our first night, we spotted a roach in from of the bathroom and the toilet was a bit dirty when we arrived. Besides that, house keeping staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for extra supplies.

Everything is good but the room's key card is needed to use the lift which can be very inconvenient at times. Specially, if the room is the top floors or if the guests return to their rooms at different times instead of returning together. Then one person can use the lift or someone has to come down from their room and get the other person who came later .

Service is very bad and sad hotel is old with old toiletries and customers are not important for them. Reception is very big but only one person to handle lot of visitors... You need to wait for 1 hour when you arrive at the hotel to check in irrespective of what time you arrive even if the hotel check in time is 2.00pm

Disgusting dirty hotel. The location is very good, but the rooms are very old and neglected when you take a shower in your room, you will feel more dirty, and it has nothing to do with cleaning, not as it appears in the pictures on the resarvation sites. not stay here and if they do not even money 200-300 top ..!

Room was a bit old looking. But clean and nice breakfast.

It is cold because there is only lukewarm water in the room with only a shower.

Like s 80s Vegas hotel but bad TV connection. It is in the middle of everything. Could use a good cleaning or remodeling.

One of good 4 star hotel in Sukhumvit area 3-minute walk from a Nana BTS Skytrain station. Very few distance from the expansive Pratunam Market. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and safes, sitting areas and work desks. Suites add access to a private lounge offering complimentary buffet breakfast. There is a big lobby lounge and a Chinese restaurant. There is a Muslim prayer place in the ground floor. Some of Bangladeshi food restaurant are very closed to the hotel.

The room is nice and comfortable though old but in good conditions. The staff is awesome, very nice, kind and willing to help, very professional. The foods are good as well. I d recomend this hotel for all purpose

Best choice for Indian vegetarian travellers.

The rooms on the 5th floor are horrible. The entire floor has a weird smoking smell. The rooms also smell very bad. Washrooms were too small and dirty. The staff is not generous at all. The overall experience was pathetic. I would definately not recommend this property to anyone.

It is another hotel, Sukhumvit area. Convenient transportation, close to both BTS and MRT. Convenient.

Decent and quiet Hotel with nice clean and cosy rooms with no balcony n ok view. Staff is polite and courteous except the front desk staff. Didn't get a good experience at the time of check in as I had to stand in a q for almost 25 mins and the lady at check-in counter was kinda rude.

It is a very old large that have been renovated but not enhanced.
