I've had a great experience with ALPS Group after switching over from another management company.
ALPS manages just two single family rental units for me in Northwest Indiana. They are extremely communicative and responsive and knowledgeable.
When I have an issue I feel that I can actually reach out to a real person and get the help or information I need. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and is a good source of advice and suggestions and addresses issues in a timely manner.

All around, it's just night and day compared to the other company I was with before. Much better level of service.
