The food was fantastic! Something on the menu for everyone and a great interior.

Went there on easter sunday with my family from out of town, as it was one of the only restaurants open in the area. I wasn't pleased with the experience. After waiting for a long while, with four hungry kids, our food finally came out and was only lukewarm. The food tasted pretty good, but was very salty. Had our experience ended there, we would have left moderately satisfied, but not really ever craving to return. Unfortunately for my kids and myself, we were awake all night barfing and crapping from food poisoning. In addition, as we were leaving the restaurant, we walked past the kitchen and I saw the grill man handling raw meat with his bare hands and cooking meat on the grill at the same time. We won't be returning.
Reply to owner: Cameras say different? You reviewed the footage? Post it on youtube and provide the link for everyone to see. I have nothing to gain from privately emailing you, I already know I'm never going back to this restaurant. However, you may have something to gain, if I see on the video that you are correct, I'll remove or revise this review.

This local bar/restaurant is the perfect place to go on a date or with a group of friends for a fun night out. They have a wide variety of drinks and dishes, there's something for everyone! There are two levels in here so it creates an awesome environment!

Ive been multiple times always upstairs to the Cantina bar and have always been well served and had nothing but delicious food and drinks.

Food was pricey for what I got in quantity but was good otherwise. Over all service was not that great but acceptable. Nice decor. I will give it three

My favorite place to eat of all time! They have an extensive burger list, of which you can sub a garden burger patty to any of the burgers and have a vegetarian meal. The NOLA fries are the best and the Kowalski tacos are delicious too. As a vegetarian, many places have a limited selection for me, but not Agave Kitchen. You can modify dozens of dishes and still have an amazing meal. 5 stars!

Such amazing food, it's no wonder it's always packed on the weekends. Don't be scared off by a wait though, they're always quick to seat you and it's well worth the time. A Hudson favorite for sure.

All the food here has outstanding flavor. The price is in the middle. But the portion are big. I love almost everything on the menu. If you come here to try something new I'd suggest pork nachos and steak bites.

OMG...a restaurant with a Keto menu...Wow! If anyone is Keto and reading this and has any of Mariah Emmerichs cookbooks...she helped create the Keto portion of the menu and it is AMAZING!! Our boys aren t strict Keto eaters and both love the Keto options and regular options. The oldest loves the burrito that is the size of a baby...lol!! We re told by our youngest he could just eat the Mac-n-cheese forever and be happy. The atmosphere is pretty great along with the service!!

Hudson's "go-to" spot for awesome service, food, and drinks! The menu covers all of the bases and then some, with some choices that you won't find anywhere else. Service here has always been friendly and prompt; even on their busiest nights staff makes sure your needs are met. The food always comes out bursting with flavor, hot, and in a short amount of time. I always try to stop when I am in the area!

Really enjoyed lunch here. The burgers were great and the macaroni and cheese was awesome. The wait staff was excellent.

Best filet mignon sliders. Have been coming here since they opened and always enjoy their food and staff is great

Went in, place was not very busy maybe about 50% capacity, I believe it was the owner who waited on us from behind the bar. Our skinny wing appetizers came out about 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. They were ok, nothing big deal about cutting up some chicken breasts and slathering some BBQ sauce on them but that was exactly what I expected of them. We ordered a simple burger and a BLT wrap, AFTER WAITING OVER 45 minutes and "complaining" about the wait we finally got a mediocre burger and fries (which you would imagine might be HOT as can be right off the grill - NOT) which we paid over $10 for...on top of this the BLT had NO B in it...they comped the LT wrap (gee, thanks after making us wait for nearly an hour you don't charge us for a BLT wrap you screwed up)??? Menu prices are too high for this place and for Hudson...will NEVER go nor recommend this place. IF it were the owner you'd have thunk (=) he'd have tried to smooth us over with something a bit more than taking the screwed up order off? TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Freshly made tex-mex along with great bar selection. Great for a fun date night.

Delicious Tex-mex food! Get the soft pretzel! It's hugely delicious. Very unique burger options with lots of spicy/jalapeno choices. Had a difficult time choosing just one but was not disappointed with my selection: Spiked Berry burger with fresh jalapenos, blackberry ketchup and smoked Gouda. Has separate bar and restaurant seating options.

They have great specials. I recommend their nachos and NOLA fries

What's to say? It's Agave!!! Awesome food delivered by amazing service. We ordered a half order of nachos thinking we'd still have room for lunch - ha! Their nachos are second to none. I've had burgers, tacos, salads - everything is exceptional with a twist. Agave isn't your usual fare - Paul and his team think outside the box and deliver outstanding food.

Quality has diminished drastically since it 1st opened. Burger used to be made from fresh burger. Doesn't appear to be that way any more. If I'm going to pay $15 for a burger I accept it good. I could have had a better burger at McDonald's.

My wife and I stopped here on the way back from Stillwater, she looked on Google maps for places to eat and this was one of the places that came up. It's a nice bar/restaurant, I got the chimichanga, and a half order of nachos. The chimi was amazing! And the half order of nachos was so big I took some of each home. Corrine was an excellent waitress and was just a cool person to interact with. We will probably take the almost 2 hour drive just to eat here again. If there was a five star + option this place would definitely get it.

Hands down the best restaurant it Hudson. I love the Burgers and the rubbed garlic chipotle wings. Services is awesome and they offer free kids meals on Wednesdays for kids who have received a 100% on spelling tests. Agave supports our kids which is fantastic. When I'm not there with the kids the Cherry bomb drink is also amazing :)

You can't beet this place for the happy hour M-F Noon- 5pm, Slyder's, Taco's, Apps. Beer specials, $2.00 domestic bottles, $3.00 import taps.
They serve fresh ingredients, never frozen food, that is delicious. I go to Agave once a month and it is always a great experience. I would recommend this place to any one.

Excellent service with a decent menu and good food. Great location in downtown Hudson, parking can be difficult but this restaurant is definitely worth a short walk.

Friendly staff, great drinks/food, and they also have a keto portion of the menu.

We started out with a recommendation from a friend...NACHO's! And they did not disappoint! Super great mixture of meat, cheese, peppers, specialty sauce, and just the right amount of onions. Their specialty drinks also did not disappoint. The Ruby Red Margarita is a must-not too fruity or sour (like some margaritas are). I had the chimichangas, which are a well known favorite, which were quite tasty. Also had some bites of the Salsalito and buffalo blue chicken sandwiches (both awesome) and the mahi mahi tacos (pretty good). Our service was second to none. We had bottomless glasses and many laughs! Prices were ok for the area.

The cheese curd where the best I ever had but the burger was a frozen patty dry no flavor .

Our waitress Baily was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We started off with a Spotted Cow for me and a Blood Orange Mohito for my girlfriend, both were refreshing and tasty, and arrived quickly. I then ordered a burger and my girlfriend a Chimichanga, both came with nice crispy chips and a salsa. My burger was flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly and my Girlfriends Chimichanga was huge and filled with tender shredded chicken, rice, pinto beans, and cheese, deep fried and served with a delicious Laredo sauce, very flavorful but not heavy and enough for two servings. Very happy with this place, we'll definitely be coming back.

The owner is a great guy and has a really great spot here! The food is always unique and fun. The atmosphere is great. The service is good as well. Wish this was closer to me in Maple Grove MN, but I'll keep making the trip out there just for this place! Highly recommend.

Agave is an excellent restaurant. During the pandemic I was able to order over the phone, pick it up 20 minutes later and even after a 30 minute drive home the food was still amazing. The employees are great and put a lot of attention to the small details. I recommend them to anyone venturing out to Hudson and am glad to have them so close to my shop.

One can sense chef/owner Paul Rodes generosity of spirit throughout his fine restaurant.

Not sure why I don't come back here that often- it's an intriguing layout with great food, ridiculously large portions, and excellent service, and in all, very affordable. I had their East meets West cheeseburger with sriracha, bacon, peanut butter and kimchi- totally awesome.
