Lisa from HR needs to learn how to speak with people. So rude!

Best place for me to get my prescriptions picked up. Fast and Easy. Although, they were a little confused when I asked them for it at first.

Lisa in HR is unprofessional and extremely rude. I was told by a supervisor to call Aphena directly and speak to HR concerning hiring. After leaving Lisa two messages and calling a few times, she refused to call back. I spoke with Karen from Accounting(?) the first day of trying to figure out who to contact, and she told me to give her a call back if HR had not reached me. I did, and her coworker answered the phone saying she has stepped out. Before transferring me she didn t realize I could still hear her say it s that lady that called you yesterday in a snarky tone. There was no reason for me to be treated this way as I was doing as instructed and remaining friendly and calm the entire time, overly apologizing for the inconvenience as I attempted to figure out the steps needed to take. After finally getting ahold of Lisa, she was overly rude and acted as if I was a huge bother, no one dealing with the public should ever speak to someone this way. Aphena needs to reevaluate their office staff.

Never work for Donna Matson. You'll be treated incompetently, especially if you're a temp.
