The interior design is a true work of art and amazing view of downtown Dubai

Worst experience ever from a 5 star hotel! Me and my friend reserved for an afternoon tea and came on the confirmed time. We went to the lounge and no one welcomed or even asked us about the reservation! We talked to the workers there to confirm our reservation and find our seat, and they totally ignored us!!! The lounge was full of people and with no single seat for us, apparently they didnt care for anyone reserving! After we complained and left they called us asking if we are coming to the lounge for our reservation!!!

Zeta lounge back in action after while. The first impression is it looks stunning and of course has the best views of the fountain. A perfect spot for events and cocktail receptions

My experience with adress downtown has been amazing since i joined , l have learnt alot especially from my supervisors they have taught me alot and the working enviroment is so friendly.

The echelon of luxury is back after 3 years. If you are a tea lover, try the 'smoky tea' at ground floor cafe. It's scent will take you back in time.

Neos bar at the 63rd floor is superb, with knowledgeable and friendly staff, great cocktails and a braeth taking view of Dubai!

Great views of the surrounding buildings and the tallest building undisturbed. One is right at the fountains show.

Hotel of a thousand and one nights, even if you are not staying here for the 5-star rates, it is worth entering to see the flowers or the elegance of the hotel ... The outside bar is superb and enjoys a wonderful location .. Under the terrace, the fabulous Lebanese Sheriff restaurant.

The hotel staff are very friendly. You can also enjoy a Dubai fountain in your hotel room. The bedding is very comfortable and good.

I think that it is close to the direction of the room, but in the best location, you can see the world's best Burj Khalifa in front of you, and the fountain show that spreads under your eyes
It's good for watching the show, but it's too far away to listen to the harmony with music. But considering a show that runs late into the night, it's definitely better than feeling noisy every day. Also, the reception at the lobby is good

Beetje gedateerd, maar als Hollander is een happy hour al snel goed, je zit hoog en kijkt mooi op de fontein.
De drankjes ook alcohol houdende zijn smaakvol en verzorgt

Terrible customer service. Very uncooperative staff starting from the valet all the way to management. Ruined a special occasion I had planned. Would not recommend.

Jamiel place is well worth a re-experience, it is close to the Dubai Mall and views of the fountain

My second stay at the address hotels and always there is a problem during checkin, although im checking in at 6pm and they didnt have the room ready. Poor hotel management.

A more than wonderful hotel and worth more than five stars

The hotel is very good. Pretty good location. Breakfast is not bad. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Everything other than 1 thing was great. That 1 thing thou, the pellows smelled like an unsanitised toilet in an abandoned building.

Worth staying in just a walkway to the dubai mall and got some great views to the dubai fountain
