Superb. I love airBnB, but it cannot do what that hotel does. Absolutely loved it.

Very Good View

Low level of service
1) Unresponsive and uninformed staff
Upon trying multiple times their main line (reception): staff is not aware of the currently ongoing offers at the website, they put you in touch with different lines (eg asking for spa, connecting you with the pool)
2) Hotel is not taking reservations over the phone for pool day claiming that there is no need for reservations as there is enough capacity. Upon arrival for a pool day pass, unfriendly service staff claiming that the pool is full (after 10 registered entries)
3) Spa is not responsive via email
Hoping for the service to improve!

The restaurant there met my expectations for the classy restaurants of dubai.
It opens 24/7
They have the best service, Abed is the loveliest waiter i've met at Dubai.
The ambiance is so chic, the breeze at night is pleasant
The food is well presented, i still remember even the melon and cheese cubes how tasty they looked

Quite nice amazing place. No crowd. Middle of Dubai downtown area. But very expensive. Low budget person cannot live there. Per night maybe 2000aed rent for room.

One of the coolest and cleanest hotels and superior service is the hotel in the heart of Dubai

This is a great hotel. Stayed here twice, and both times got upgraded without asking. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Conveniently located next to Dubai mall (with its own entrance). Would definitely stay here again!

a spectacular Luxury Hotel

This hotel was burning on NY eve 2016. And in 2017 it is almost recovered.

The restored hotel after the fire, with a good restaurant, and an observation deck on the bourge khalifa tower, a pleasant place

Wow, if you have the spare change left you should definitely stay here once. It really leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need in this prime location. The main attractions are in the immediate vicinity

Such an amazing as well as it s nice to relax there but I have Comment about The AC it was hot and I m start to Sweat and that annoyed and make me nervous I hope Emaar or the Address hotel fix it

A beautiful room. Wonderful view. A very good hotel service.

Very nice hotel where you feel a great scent the moment you enter at the reception. There are many restaurants that offer great food and good service like Zeta. Always good to have a coffee in the lobby. The garden is also nice to have a late meal or simply green tea.

Clean and comfortable place to live in Downtown area near Dubai mall

This facility defines the success story of the emirate of Dubai.. high standards and world class quality, it has an amazing entrance and enmities galore , a great gym, reasonable outdoor pool, great spa.. a modern hotel that has one extra advantage .. it is at the edge of Dubai Shopping Mall , one of the best shopping outlets of the world .. the building did catch fire a few years ago, just as everyone as celebrating New Year s Eve , but the owners have returned it to its previous glory , probably better ..

Very nice hotel, I took a room and lounge and there is an integrated kitchen between a big refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

Worth a visit. Excellent Arabic food. If you go to the car, do not beat yourself. They take the car and park it for 15 dirhams.

Outstanding service. This hotel has direct access to Dubai Mall through a short walking bridge.
