Forget about a quick turn around, this place is slow.

Not bad, had some mistakes in the past, but they've gotten better. They beat Uline on price too.

They like making too much noise at 2:30 in the morning.

Very slow and totally unresponsive sales team, no sense of urgency. Sales people are very bad. Back when they were Tharco, they were really good and super responsive Their structural engineering team is still very good. They can have a packaging design ready to go in 48 hours. They just need a new sales team, quick.

What a joke. Hey I'll have an appointment for you but that doesn't mean anything. Trucking companies need to stop doing business with people like this. But due to the deregulation of the trucking industry there are plenty of carriers that will do it for less.

Disgusting Hazmat working conditions.Was told they pay off OSHA to keep it hush. Terrible management. They also Hoard.

An awful company to deal with. Their phone line is often busy. If it's not they send you to answerphone and never return your calls. They charged me for an order that they failed to deliver on. They regularly failed to make delivery times. They make constant excuses for their failures. I'm so glad I'll never work with these guys again. They used to be great but its all gone wrong in the last couple of years.
