Poor customer service. They choose the cheapest courier with issues. Ordered a week ago still not here and all they say it’s not our fault and they can’t even re-send the order with another courier. Stay away there’s other suppliers with better service.

Poor service, lot of troubles to go through with their delivery and stock. Rude staff in Credit control. Unacceptable treatment. Taking it further to third party complaints.
Literal scammers. Refuse to send stock then ask for more money to send it due to "complications". Avoid at all costs, extortion at its finest.
I very rarely leave Google Reviews - usually only under exceptional circumsatnces. Which means exceptional service.
To say I'm impressed is a complete understatement. I asked for no special favours - I just selected, ordered, paid and went away to await delivery 'when it happened'. No such luxury - I now have to put them all on my shop system and start selling them!
