Lamentable! Very strong in their sales technique but then CATASTROPHIC if you have to cancel your stay for any reason even a month before your stay! the cancellation fees are exorbitant, your interlocutor saves time so that you pass the reimbursement period (due to leave ....) you trust (she says yes, I promise you will have a gift voucher in exchange ... ) and there you claim your gift voucher it is reduced by a third of its value? !!! then you fall back on the cancellation, we explain to you that we will only reimburse you for a third of the stay! because it is too late!
A big thank you for spoiling all the pleasure I had to give the person by offering a thalasso gift voucher!
the worst thing is that if I had booked directly with the thalmasso hotel they would not have taken any cancellation fees !!!!!!!!!!!!

I made this agency work in 2019, and I was very satisfied with their service. This year, I convinced friends and family to share this stay again. The Covid19 has made file management more complex, but after several discussions with the customer service representative (LISA), thanks to their listening, their analysis of my needs and the management of customer satisfaction, we have found an arrangement for my total satisfaction. The reception by telephone was very good and efficient.
The stay was very pleasant and in line with expectations (no bad surprises on arrival except the room overlooking the parking lot).
On the other hand in terms of price, going through Thalasso Passion did not save us much (the amount of discount announced on the site seems to be false) compared to the official rate of the hotel (the calculation of the official rate was 669 for 3 days for a room for 2 with breakfast - the price initially proposed was 669 excluding administrative fees finally offered !!! ... we finally had an additional discount of 19 but which we negotiated). Nor was there any mention by telephone of the tourist tax requested in addition by the hotel even if this is indicated in the general conditions of the contract and that it is low (approximately 2 / day) .
The advantage of ThalassoPassion is therefore not in the negotiated rates but in the selection of places that have thalasso offers and availability. We probably saved quite a bit of research time on this point.

What a desappointment. I contacted them on the recommendation of my mother, who left with them several times. I called Friday, after having waited well 7 min on the switchboard, I am told that the advisers do not work in the afternoon, but to call back Sunday afternoon. Is. I remind, I wait 12 minutes on the switchboard, to hear myself say that the advisers do not work on Sunday afternoon. Great communication. I am reminded of this day, to tell me that anyway no reservations are taken for July, August and September due to COVID. So here it is, all that for that !!!! All this waiting for NOTHING. This information management and internal communication is anything. It is quicker to tell the switchboard that reservations are not possible at the moment. I am extremely disappointed with all this, clearly I will manage otherwise, and not go through them. I fall from above, I wasted my time!
