Very slow the process took me about a week. Befornmy taxes were filed. Very expensive and they don't know what your situation will be which is bullshxx. Wether they will take all your state or any federal and if it will then be placed in a check or if you will get it direct deposited . I like to know and be sure when it comes to my money especially when I'm paying almost 800 for filing one damn form smh
Kilburn & Associates have been my tax preparer for the past 3 years. They are great because I can count on the fact that my taxes are done correctly. The fee I was charge was well worth it!!!
I have been filing my taxes here for a couple of years and normally they have been great but now that I moved I decided to file my taxes elsewhere. With that being said, I have been calling for over a week for them to email me a copy of last year's taxes and I keep being told no one is in the office and the last time I called they just hung up on me. I am disappointed.
