I orderd a18kg kelvinator top loader washing machine on the 24th november 2022 but i still havent got my order no one is responding too my email or phone call or wastapp i never buy from them again it poor service.i just want my washing machine deliverd too me

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called on October 14th about warranty work. They said 5-7 days I would hear back. Nothing. I call them again on November 3rd about the same issue and told the same line: 5-7 business days. Nothing again. Now I'm trying for a 3rd time and they promise me someone will call back. We'll see.
And I got through.... They promised me someone would phone me for service the next day.... Nothing.
I wish I could give these guys 0 stars because that's what they honestly deserve.
Absolutely horrible customer service, multiple emails sent, and waited on hold for over an hour twice this week. Placed an order online, just trying to pick it up. Email confirmation said someone will call me within 24 hours to make a pickup appointment, 5 days later, still no call or response.
The company is not customer-service oriented. The communication between the company and the customer is horrible. Had my microwave AEG taken for service, and it has been weeks in the workshop...
* 0 stars * My husband and I purchased an LG refrigerator form Tasco Appliances in Pickering on March 16th, 2019 and were told that it was in stock in their warehouse and were given the choice of delivery dates at time we purchased. Chose our delivery date of March 30th. Six days later on March 22nd, we received the following email from Lisa Grieco, Order Coordinator: "I am contacting you from Tasco Appliances. I do see you have a requested delivery day in the system for March 30th. Please be advised it typically takes 10-15 days for us to receive products from LG. Once stock arrives we will then be able to confirm a delivery day with you." Needless to say, my husband and I were confused because at time of purchase we were told the fridge was in stock and we also confirmed the delivery date. I emailed Lisa back asking for clarification on her email as it was totally opposite of what our conversation was with the salesperson at Tasco and we were anticipating our fridge arriving on March 30th. Received the following email back from Lisa: "Good day Wendy. Sorry if this process seems confusing. But unfortunately we cannot stock everyone's new purchases at the warehouse, or else we would have no room..." (I lost interest in the remainder of her email at this point, as this was enough to ensure I never deal with this company again). There was no mention in Lisa's email as to why we were not going to receive the fridge that our salesperson confirmed to us was in stock. If she has only taken the time to relay to us that the fridge that was in stock was damaged and could not be shipped, we would of understood. Instead we were told that it can take some time to receive product from the manufacturer and that she had put a call into them and was awaiting a response. The tone of Lisa's email was very unprofessional and her lack of explaining anything related to our expected delivery was enough for us to go back to Tasco in Pickering (we had to explain to our salesperson what had happened because according to him nobody from TG Appliance Group contacted him to make him aware of the situation. He had to call them and after waiting on hold for some time he was told that the fridge in stock was damaged and they had ordered another) and ask for a refund of our purchase. Sheldon, our salesperson was very understanding and apologized repeatedly. We would happily deal with Sheldon again, but definitely not if we have to rely on TG Appliance Group for coordinating and execution of delivery. We then when to Lowes, who not only delivered our fridge in less than one week from time of purchase, but also price matched Tasco's price and gave us another 10% off of our purchase. TG Appliance Group....proper training of employees and knowing how to communicate with your customers is key!!!
Forgot to deliver my washer and dryer hoses and was a massive battle to get a hold of someone to issue a refund which is still pending. One person Michelle was the exception and was great. Saves them from getting a 1 star
The absolute worst service possible. I would have given negative stars if it was an option. If this is your service company run in the other direction. I have a thermador venthood that has not worked for seven months and is still not working. UNBELIEVEABLE
Very poor customer service. I had my delivery cancelled because I asked what their schedule was like IF I needed to reschedule. Was on hold for a long time when I called to get my delivery time back. They didn't delivery my entire order and I was told that despite delivery being a part of my purchase, I needed to go to the store (1 hour round trip) to pickup my item because if they delivered it in the truck it had a high change of getting lost of damaged. (?!?!?!) Will be shopping somewhere else the next time I need appliances.
Follow up ... emailed the manager as requested below and heard nothing back. Emailed again regarding an issue we're having with our brand new fridge ... 4th attempt to reach someone regarding this.
TG Appliance was the installer of choice when I purchased my recent Electrolux refrigerator from Tasco Toronto. With our old fridge suddenly dying on us without notice, and with no backup, we needed one purchased and installed quickly. Both Tasco and TG Appliance delivered. Our new fridge was purchased, delivered and installed within two days of placing the call! The fastest any other GTA appliance company could get us a new unit installed was a minimum of one week later. Bravo to both companies for coming through!
I received confirmation of the installation date the day I purchased my fridge from Tasco and the very next day I received a confirmation of the delivery time which was a two hour window. Some companies won t commit to a time window, so I was pleased TG Appliance offered a short delivery window. It meant that we didn t waste our whole day waiting to accept delivery of our appliance.
I really like the reservation system used by TG Appliance. It was entirely automated, and I received multiple updates by phone and text. The first update was the day before confirming my installation time. I also received a text when the installation crew was five minutes away. The crew also gave me a courtesy call when they were half hour away. I also received a follow up text/email after delivery checking to make sure everything went well. Professional and convenient. I wish all delivery companies had this system.
A team of three arrived to deliver the fridge to the main floor of our house. They were courteous, professional and efficient. They knew what they were doing, which is comforting when they are lugging around a 300 lb. appliance. They put down running matts and an edge protector to protect our hardwood floors. They navigated the tight doorway without incident. They installed the water line to the fridge and gave me a few helpful tips. It was during COVID, and they always wore their masks inside the house. The last delivery team (from another company) tore up our hardwood floors during the process, so needless to say, this was an entirely different experience!
I will use TG Appliance for my next appliance delivery and installation if given the choice. Best delivery experience ever!
TG Appliance Group and TASCO have a partnered relationship. I find dealing with client service representatives frustrating and disappointing. Very disorganized and not customer oriented. Also. Supervisors do not provide adequate training to their employees and leave them to make up various illogical excuses. I would not recommend TASCO or TG Appliance Group.
