Great food and service. It was our first time here!

This roadhouse in particular does outstanding work making me feel like I'm welcomed. I've been coming to this one for over 6 years now and it is consistent with quality of food, friendliness of staff, and keeping the place feeling like I'm picking up right where I left off the previous time. I always enjoy a clean and friendly every visit.

The ribeye was perfect, the service was excellent, highly recommend this restaurant!

Great friendly attentive service!! Didn't wait long for anything (drinks, food, etc).

The food here is good, and if you sign up for the email rewards program, and the app, you get coupons for free appetizers all the time!

Was a great experience, great staff and we got food quickly and it was great , would definately recommend to others , only draw back , it is s little hard to find when your not familiar with the area, but definately worth the hunt to find it

Sooo...during a Covid takeout, I called in a family order that included one of their ready to grill ribeyes. Made it home, unpacked the bags...no steak. No problem, we had enough in the family meal to cover all of us. I called the restaurant after dinner and asked if I could come by on the following day to pick up the steak. Got to carside the next day and they bring out a covered tray, hand it to me and apologize for the mixup. When I got home, opened up my tray to find two bone in ribeyes...humongous, beautiful, freshly trimmed bone in ribeyes.

Fantastic customer service, and I would highly recommend the ribeyes.

We had a good visit this time. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The food was timely and prepared as ordered. Drink refills came without having to ask for them. The prices were reasonable. It was a good value.

It was my first time coming here and it was an overall great experience. I was suffering from dust allergies and lack of sleep, so I couldn't finish my meal, but the food was amazing still. I got a pretty inexpensive steak as far as steak prices go, and I had some great appetizers. I would definitely recommend coming here, unless you have a severe peanut allergy in which you cannot inhale the scent of peanuts since there are peanuts everywhere.

The food was rather tasty, but the service was a bit lacking, despite it not being busy during our visit

Good service, nice waitress. Everything was great except my steak was overcooked. They replaced it without complaint. Enjoyable evening out.

She told us the wait was 25 minutes we waited 1hour then it 45 minutes before we got our food the steak and bake potatoe was cold I was very disappointed with the whole thing

The pickup routine and telephonic ordering very less than premium, but the food was quite good.

I had recently received a 25 $ gift card so I took my date there never again the worst time I have in a long time it was the worst hamburger so salty I couldn't eat it my girlfriend was the same way sent it back then the Frye's were to salty we could not eat them the second under cook hamburger to my dog and been sick from what little I did eat that did take some money off the bill but I would have liked to have give the card to someone else if you think this is a joke go see for you self

The food was unbelievable. The cooking staff did a wonderful job.
The big miss was our waitress, Bren, because she seemed to intentionally ignore our table. From her conversations with the table closest to my table, I gathered that she had an issue with my dad and I because we wore masks into the restaurant. It is a shame that this impacted our dining experience. I will just do take out next time.

The food was good, but a little greasy, and upset my stomach afterwards

This place is amazing and the service is really fast. We have gone there numerous times and only had to wait longer than 15 minutes One time. Me my wife love going here because it is great food options and the atmosphere is always pleasant. This place has always had good food at great prices and is our go to spot for Lynchburg.

Very reliable food. I have never been disappointed in the quality. The service can be mildly hit or miss, though. Avoid common dinner times for best service.

We enjoyed our meal at Texas Roadhouse. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you receive. The service is usually fast and the waiters friendly. I love their bread and honey butter.

First time visiting this one. Steak was cooked perfectly. Potatoes were baked just right. Best prices.

Ordered prime rib medium rare. They tried twice but could only manage medium well. Just a guess but I would bet it was left over. My wife ordered medium filet. Came out rare but they took it back and managed to get it right.

The waitress was very attentive, our drinks were always full. Our food was very good and made to order.

Not impressive at all. Rolls were good, sweet potato good but the size of a large lemon. Country fried chicken looked like a flat cow patty that'd been over cooked, couldn't eat the gravy... just not a good day...

Normally i really enjoy this restaurant especially for the chicken critters and the service/ atmosphere. However, the batter on the chicken critters has changed and you might as well have Tyson frozen tenders. Also, went there yesterday for lunch and ordered a burger. I asked for mayo and she literally did not bring me mayo until my boyfriend finished his meal. She stated "it wasn't ready." I guess bringing me a packet of mayo was just too hard to figure out. I apologize for being rude, but people work hard for their money and want what they pay for.

Great food. I recommend the road kill because it is affordable, filling, and delicious. The only downside is the long wait. They also have great beverages.

Compared to the last visit, tonight's was light-years better. The steak was great and everything else was on point even though the place was packed. Good job on the team keeping it together.

The food was amazing!!! It came out quick and tasted great. Our server was so sweet and she definitely did her job past great. We had a big group and she handled it great. The only reason I didn t go for a 5 star was because when we walked in the manager wasn t friendly at all. It almost came off as we were bothering him.

My husband and I go here almost every week so my husband can get the best steak in town. The service is always good and the place always remains packed on the weekends! I recommend downloading their app or calling ahead!

The service was great, friendly and fast. Also my steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection.

They were super busy so we had to wait 30min just to get a table but other then that the service was excellent. Our waiter Matthew did great and the food was great as well.

My girlfriend and I go there and have there steak with a glass of wine. And to talk and laugh about nothing
