Great food great staff! Just make sure your pager works!! We had a broken one and after like 45 minutes or so went to find out what was going on and they said they had paged us 15 minutes prior. They finally got us seated and we enjoyed a nice lunch/ dinner.

Dinner was delicious - had 4 piece catfish w/salad and baked sweet potato!! Ample serving for the price and everything was hot when brought to the booth!! The salad was sooo good, plenty of lettuce and other items!! Will definitely be back!!
Me and my wife went tonight for our anniversary we normally have a wonderful experience this time was ok I asked for a medium well and got a well done and had burnt edges my baked potatoe was so small.
Server was training another and was rushing at beginning. Slowed down and was better. Service was good overall. Filet medallions tasted good bit were thin. Rest had ribs eye and ribs combo. Side salad was tasty but could not eat green beans. 3adults and one child without dessert was 108.00 before tip. .
Already one of my favorite restaurants in Lynchburg, the early dinners menu is great but only on Monday through Thursday. Fun atmosphere to get to know friends in.
Sitting here for 30+ minuets waiting.Waitress stood at computer 10 minuets putting in an order. Not very friendly. Eat here often but today not to good.
Best steak I've ever had. Couldn't eat it all tho, had to take the rest home. Wait staff was always ensuring we were cared for. Awesome experience. Got to get there early cause they get busy fast.
The service is always fantastic at this location. Every steak I have ever purchased was fantastic. The rolls are always perfectly cooked. The managers go around and talk to he customers to get a feel for the customer service! I can't recommend this one enough.
The place was busy, food was delicious, service was fast. Love the bread before dinner and appreciated my side salad served first. The stuffed jalapeno appetizer is a must try, I think they were called snake bites?
Come early. I found the sweet spot is between 2-4 on Saturdays. Still busy but at least there's places to park. Not a fan of being wedged into a booth. I'm a big guy but they didn't have tables that slide. Food was excellent but there is a 30-40 min wait typically on it. My steak was juicy and beautiful grill marks. I also had a Cactus Blossom similar to a Bloomin Onion at Outback. I have to say the Texas Roadhouse's was much better and cheaper. Their bread rolls are heavy and fresh and they use a cinnamon butter which is perfect. The sweet tea isn't overly sweet and the staff seem eager and friendly. We took 3 boxes home. Couldn't eat it all. Our waitresses name was "Kala" ask for her next time you're in there. I look forward to my next visit. Now I see what all the hype was about. I may never go back to Logan's Roadhouse again.
Best steak you can get in town anytime I want steak an I'm not cooking this is where I go. They also have good chicken fingers, grilled chicken salad. The wings, cheese fries and onion petal are good.
I don t think I ve ever left Texas Roadhouse upset or on an empty stomach. The staff keeps the drinks filled and the customer satisfied, while the kitchen staff noticeable puts pride into their work while ensuring the guests do not wait long for the greatest meal they will have this week. Can t think of many places where peanut shell covered floors make me excited.
The steak I ordered a 16 oz sirlon, med rare, had very little flavor, no seasoning, tuff...the more I chewed the bigger the bite of steak seemed to get.
Even though it was a busy time(LU homecoming day) servers were very nice and helpful, food came our right away and cooked perfectly and hot. Everything tasted wonderful. A must stop!
Excellent! Had Sam as our waitress and she was the best server. She was at the table just a moment after we were seated. Took the drink order and the tickets for the steaks we had picked out. I could not have been more pleased with the service, the PERFECTLY cooked steaks, or the other food items. When I go back, I will be asking for Sam.
The food here is comforting and delicious, perfect for going to lunch with friends or having a satisfying dinner. The wait staff was very kind and social, they really enhanced our time there.
The friendliness of the wait staff was good. And the food was delicious. However, a minor complaint of sorts... I had to ask for a second knife as the first one was decidedly not clean. I am unsure what sorts of things are done to clean, and then roll the knife and fork up in the napkin, but it seems that it should be fairly easy to spot an unclean knife, with -something- stuck on the side.
The food is usually good. Occasionally you'll get bad service or bad food. But I'd say every 4 out of 5 trips you'll leave happy. Steaks are to die for. Seafood is lacking. Chicken is good. Salads are meh. I personally got sick from their ceasar salad but that's just me. Still a good place for a great price.
Went for Valentine's day. Our waitress was very nice. Service was quick. Food was GREAT! And not a very long wait to be seated being 5 o clock on such a busy day.
I ve been here twice and let s say the second visit was the final visit. The servers are wonderful and so is management, he was very attentive. My food was not. Same experience on the first visit excellent service, horrible very horrible food.
Tonight I ordered a classic cheeseburger and it was disgusting, over seasoned, dry, and burnt for a well done effect. The fries were soggy and as well over seasoned. My company sent her dish back because her ribs were burnt. Very disappointed and upset about the money wasted.
Again this was my experience, excellent service, horrible I mean absolutely horrible food!!
My family of 8 people came and we were told that there was a 25-35 minute wait. We waited 40 min and then went up and said something and then waited another 20 min before we went up again. When I went up the second time, the people at the front desk got an attitude because we were upset because we had been waiting for an hour. They said that they only had one table that fit 8 people. What kind of restaurant has one table that fits 8 people??
Love Texas Roadhouse and would normally give a 5 star review. However, the prime rib cut was much more fatty and grisly than normal. I enjoy a well marbled steak for sure, but this was a little too much.
