Great good and good service, even on New Year's eve.

Steak is cooked to perfection! My fav place to eat!

Poor service. Made reservations for my little sisters birthday dinner and they sat us at a very tiny table. Asked to be seated at another table and the "manager", her name was Ashley and I'm assuming she was the shift lead and she wasn't very helpful nor did it feel like cared about the situation. After she found another table (which was even more cramped) I saw her and all of the other hostesses pointing and laughing at my family. I got up, and asked to speak to a real manager lol (Brian) and he wasn't too concerned about it either. The silverware was dirty, one of the steaks were was over cooked, and it just turned what was supposed to be a nice evening a terrible one. It would have been better had the staff been a little more accommodating since they get alot of our business, but they didn't care. I'm not eating there anymore.

The service was good and food was ok. I got broccoli and it was old so I had to send it back.

Texas Road House is my favorite place to get a steak, chicken dinners, or even burgers and also the service is friendly, fast, and fun!

Me and my wife had steak, delicious, service is just awesome, or maybe it was our waitress, the prices are very reasonable.

Staffs are very friendly and foods are delicious! It's always packed there, so expect to wait a little.

Terrible experience. They were out of sweet potatoes, rolls, and mashed potatoes. On top of that the manager didn t seem to care. Very dissatisfied.

On Friday evening
Had 6oz filet that was top notch. Broccoli and Coleslaw was delicious.
Very upbeat with servers doing a little song and line dance
Jill the bartender was very friendly and professional.
Highly recommend as long as you don't want a very quiet place...lol

Wonderful food, their steaks are some of the best in town, chicken fingers are fantastic, salads are delicious and fresh, the rolls are amazing. We've never had a bad food experience there. The music is loud and obnoxious, but other than that it's awesome.

One of the best steak places in town! Great taste and reasonable prices.

Wonderful and attentive staff!
Very helpful with food choices for our 9 year old with Alpha Gal....the kitchen staff even cleaned the grill and fryer to ease cross contamination worries!

Just had the prime rib dinner and it was excellent! Large portions,(enough to take home for another meal) and top notch service. Great food, good atmosphere. Texas Roadhouse is the best steak in town!

My family went there on graduation day that s my daughter favorite restaurant but oh boy it took us forever to get our food and when it came it was cold wow chicken tenders and baby back ribs the ribs were sent back twice and they got smaller everytime they came back it was horrible everytime they came back it was the same ones never recooked as the manager said ouggghh

The food is phenomenal, and they have great prices.

Texas Roadhouse is my absolute guilty pleasure those rolls that butter where do i start this restaurant has so many of my faves the chilli is so meaty and hearty i used to enjoy beef and this place can cook the hell out of a steak but with recent changes in my diet ive been getting the porkchop loaded with gravy and onions they NEVER disappoint....not soo much on the mac and cheese its literally EASY MAC lol but you're safe with ANYTHING else on the menu !

Been coming in there for long time really no problems till tonight, Waitress wanted to sit me & my Cousin at a small kids table I said oh no this is not gonna work need something little bigger & basically got told the bigger tables are for more People & this is what was available so like I told them there are other places that will take our money & you will never see me back in the place. Complete B.S. is what that was

I've been eating here for a few years. The food is consistently very good, as is the service. My favorite steak is the Ft Worth Ribeye with chili and a sweet potato.

I normally have no problems with them. But tonight some of the worst service ive had here. My server was on his phone the whole time and not worried about getting things we asked 3 times for. This is one of my favorite restaurants and i really question coming back to this one. Then listened to yelling idiots and one of the bartenders yell back to them over top of them. Im in customer service as well but this was very lest expected from a restaurant i favor so much.

The restaurant was really accommodating for our last minute party of 7. The food was quick but almost everything was over-cooked and we just felt rushed the entire time.

Worse time ever. We had to ask for silverware. They brought bread without plates. We ask for plates for the bread, after I had placed bread in plate, buttered by bread.and eat. I realized the back of the breadplates were filthy with food stuck on them.

Menus dirty and nasty. Silverware had bits of food on them. They serve peanuts in the shell, in buckets. The buckets looked gross. Dirty and rusty. Whole place looks like it could use a scrub down from top to bottom. The server was friendly and attentive. Brought new silverware immediately. When the manager asked how we were, I told him about the menus. He immediately took them and had them cleaned. They are laminated in plastic. Food was excellent. Steak and shrimp done perfectly. Girlfriend said her chicken was delicious. They just need to clean the place a bit, and maybe replace the peanut buckets when they start getting rusty.

Normal service. Sometimes good sometimes bad. Acceptable place

Erin took excellent care of me and my dad. She was beyond kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!

The last three times it is as they rush you. You get your salads after the steak is out. Just the other day we told the server about the salads and we still got them after the steak it never sunk in. We are done.

Best steak in town! Always cooked the way I ordered!

I enjoy a Saturday lunch at the bar with PGA golf as my entertainment.

We were told our wait time would be 15 - 20 minutes , it's now been almost a hour and still No table.

Best place to eat in Lynchburg. Always friendly, competent staff. Great food and delicious drinks. I highly recommend going here instead of any other restaurant on Wards Road.

Great food! One of our favorite steak houses in Lynchburg! Lots of choices at a great price! You can even add toppings to your steak if you like. There is plenty of space here with their newer add on so wait times are often non existent or are very short. They even have an amazing drink menu and a full bar with lots of seating. Because of this you can get flavored teas and lemonades which are amazing! You won t be disappointed!

Sat in the bar section and our waitress was good, but seemed to get distracted having personal conversations with others that were in the area. Food was terrific and tasty.

Went near closing and had a mediocre waitress but delicious food as always. Full slab of ribs, bowl of chili and steak fries.

Higgings was the best waiter ever. Treated all of us like his family and when he found out my order had mushrooms in it he immediately took it back to the kitchen and had them redo the order. He had written it down "food allergies-mushrooms, blue cheese, and Monterey Jack". He really did a great job and we made sure he was tipped at 20% because of his great rapport with us and the quality of his service. Great job Higgings!!!

Food was good, service was slow but she had the entire section of people. Atmosphere was something to be desired. Tried to have a conversation but they d turn the music so loud we couldn t even hear each other.
