This was OK, but seems overpriced for what you get. We spent about an hour and were done. We waited around for the dolphin show, and that was nice. Maybe the price will be worth it once they finish the new exhibit. Right now, I think that Texans should be ashamed of their state aquarium.

Great Aquarium! So much to see and do. Love how they tie in a lot of the aquariums on different floors.

The outdoor area is awesome! Extremely interactive and great for kids. Love the splash area.

$33 for adults. Children 2 and under get in for free. Buy your tickets online to skip the line. Take a bathing suit for the kids since they have a big splash pad. Aquarium is big enough to be there for several hours. Lots of people go so careful with the little ones. Get a brochure to check out the times for the dolphin show and others so that you can get a seat since they fill up quick. They have a counter restaurant. Pizzas not that great but the burgers are good. Food is a little pricey but not too bad. Burger combo was $10. Aquarium is a great place to visit.

A great aquarium and getting better all the time. It's a fun place to take kids to, time and time again. Throughout the exhibits their are places kids love to look into. They hsve daily dolphin shows plus a splash pad area in the summer. Ask where the kids fun activity area is upstairs!

We really enjoyed our visit to the Texas State Aquarium! The exhibits were interesting and clean, every staff member who we encountered happily answered our questions, and we literally had to drag our kids out when it was time to leave.
Will definitely go again.

What a disappointment. Cost $5.00 to park and $18.95 per person for entry. The aquarium shows great promise for the year 2017 with a number of promised attractions. None of which exist today. Don't waste your money, go see USS Lexington and just drive by the Texas State Aquarium.

A bit pricey we got there right when they opened as we came into town and spent only about 1.5 hours in this place and paid $65 for 2 people saw all the fish and animals they were great and just wish they had shows going on or tht there was more attractions and tanks and would of like a feeding area for the fish or some animals for interactions. But overall it still was nice to see.

Really nice aquarium. Rather expensive to get in, but a very pleasant experience (unless its hot, them outside is not pleasant). The exhibits are well maintained and have a wide variety of species. Lots exhibits for children to touch animals so they stay entertained.

My husband and I were visiting the coast for our anniversary. Unfortunately, it was too foggy and misty to go to the beach. We ended up at the aquarium and we had so much fun. We were there about 3 hours.

Texas State Aquarium is an expensive treat. It does get the family out of the heat and offers a little bit of education as a bonus. Bring a swimsuit for the little ones and let them splash on the pad downstairs. The recent Caribbean exhibit is a nice addition. Gift shop had a nice price range on items. Coming just after lunch is a good idea, as the camp or school field trips are ending and the place clears out a bit. The $1 Sunday option is so overcrowded.

A great value for the admission fee which included the 4D show. A wonderful, educational experience. Very clean and spacious including extra safety precautions and sanitizing. All of the water exhibits were amazing and clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back! Loved everything. Make sure to pay for your parking at the entrance if buying your tickets online (only $5) to get the token to exit the parking lot.

This past weekend was the very first time I had visited the TEXAS STATE AQUARIUM. These guys have the best people in Corpus Christi working there. they're very knowledgeable, they're all very patient, kind, courteous. mid morning, lovely day, it was packed. I felt like I was always in someones way. the flow was too slow, my children were exhausted we didn't make it past the first level. The restrooms, not good, I didn't want to use them, what can you do. This was very hard to only offer 3 STARS, that's only because of the amazing, very hard work people working there.

Most of the dwellings for the animals lack basic necessities. Glad y'all spent money of a fancy water park for children but if you're advertising as a rescue facility for many animals, at least spend your money on that please. The turtle exhibit especially is literally just a pool. There's nothing to it. Spend you're money on what counts and get these animals in and out as needed, they aren't for human entertainment. They're living creatures most of which more conscious than us.

It was a great sized aquarium. It had fun attractions and personable staff. They went out of their way to make you feel apart of the action. My kids loved feeding the sting rays the best.I loved that we learned a lot without the huge pressing crowds.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary, and let me tell you...it stole the show!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful!! The animals were beautiful, the whole facility was extremely clean, and the interactive sites were amazing!!

If you get the chance to do any of the up close shows, DO THEM!! We did the Sloth Meet and Greet (as it is my favorite animal) and we had a blast!! The staff answered all of our questions, and were very patient and helpful. They also offer Fish Feeding, but we were not able to do that.

Over all this quickly became our favorite part of the trip!! It was an amazing experience and one that will be hard to top for our next anniversary. I have included some pictures just to show you how great the sloth meet and greet was.

P.S. Covid has limited them a bit, but they are doing everything to sanitize, and keep the place fun and clean at the same time!!

If you like the water, animals, and sun then your at the right place. Wait for the movie...that was a great ending to an all day outing. Oh, touching the sharks and sting Ray's were exciting and dolphin shows

Loved taking the grandkids. Also the staff is very friendly and informed about the animals. I talked to a young lady about a turtle she was showing. It came from Africa and she got my attention with everything she knew about it. They have a problem of not having anyone like maybe an operator answer questions about there promotions or anything about there aquarium so they are going to loose business like that

Great information and lively exhibits. You can easily get close up to many of the exhibits. Many touchable exhibits and creatures. Beautifully done presentations for the animals residences. There is a splash pad for those with younger children. Children and adults alike can expand their knowledge about the inhabitants of our oceans.

This is a very fun place to visit especially if you have children. There are plenty of things for them to touch and explore. There are people everywhere who add to the experience which is quite cool. You can pet stingrays, touch a jellyfish, and crustaceans. I really liked that there weren t money grabs that you see at other places - the 4D movie theater and dolphin show are both included in the price of admission
