The TRH is always a great place to eat. I sat at the bar this time and service was excellent and food was spot on. Steak cooked perfectly.

Fast service hot food and delicious for my first time . Everything tasted good!!!! Don't know what happened to my stars the first time.

Our waitress was amazing. Can't remember her name tho.

I've always thought Texas Roadhaose was over rated but we had a gift card and they completely changed my opinion. Great service and awesome food. Will be back.

We called ahead of time so we did not have a long wait, our waitress was awesome. The food was hot and delicious. The alcohol was awesome too.
I did not have any problems with this visit.

The waiter was wonderful. Attended to our every need. I had the chicken fried chicken. It was moist with a crunchy exterior. Absolutely fabulous. For the sides I had fresh veggies and steak fries. They were both wonderful and fresh. Everyone at our table absolutely loved what they ordered. From a grilled chicken salad to ribs to a 6 oz steak cooked perfectly. I will definitely be eating there again.

Too crowded, can't make reservations until after 4. Won't go back.

Texas Roadhouse is always good! Call ahead seating is a great idea, too. Our server Hunter was the icing on the cake. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and ordered. I hope he enjoyed his tip as much as we enjoyed the great service:)

Our server Marcie was great and the food was excellent.

Absolutely loved it!!! Morgan was Absolutely amazing!! Very friendly place. One of my favorites to go to! Can't wait to come back most definitely will ask for morgan!

Good food. Depending on the time it can be a long wait to get in but worth it.

I haven't been to the Texas Roadhouse in several months. I would appreciate getting this corrected.

Love the food. Steak has always been perfect. Service is great most of the time. It is a family oriented place to eat.

So much food. Had to take a to go box for my entree. All good food. Typical Texas fare, fried and fully loaded.

Numerous visit and the service still stinks. The food earns them some consideration but other then that I prefer other places. If you like fruit flies in your drink then by all means. The managers clearly lack experience and must think fruit flies are common and ok....thanks for treating us like we're dumb. It's called cleaning, try it sometime. I'd give it a 1 star if it wasn't for the food.

I come to texas road house all the time. Its one of the only restraunts in Abilene i trust (food poisoning at more than one restraunt in Abilene). I have only great things to say about this place. The food is always spot on and the customer service is great!!

Frequent flyer here and it's always great. Foods good, customer service good, drinks good. Pricing as you would expect. Budget friendly food that feels you up if you want. You can come in and get a $20 steak and run up an $80 drinking tab. You can come in and get a $10 burger with fries that's good and will fill you up. If you've been to a Roadhouse this is a good one. If you've never been this is a good one to check out too.

Great place to go out with you friends for a good meal. Service is good about checking up on you and super friendly.

It s fine. It s busy and you probably would want to call ahead. Ordered online and was able to quickly pick up my to go order at the second register. Wasn t marked where I could see it was take out area but it was quick.

Donovan was an excellent server. Ive worked in restaraunts in San Francisco, California and I am extremely picky about server attitudes. He made it a great experience for my husband and I from the introduction. We will definitely be back again. Food was fabulous!

This particular restruant is on the same level as fast food. Don't expect a great meal here. Steak was cold, potatoes undercooked and wife's steak was still mooing when she ordered a medium cooked steak.

Rated a 1 because of awful customer service, didn t even get to eat the food to review whether the food was good or not.

The first time my wife and I tried to order the food online it Would not process the order. Thinking maybe something was off with the website we called the store to let them know of the issue we had. The waitress/hostess that answered the phone informed us very rudely that they were not taking online orders due to being at half capacity and promptly hung up with no explanation.

We decided to eat elsewhere and try on another day that would be less busy.

The second day we called the store to see if the online ordering system was working prior to trying. The waitress/hostess (different from the first day) informed us that they were accepting online orders and wouldn t be taking phone orders for another 30 minutes. We went online and tried to place our order and experienced the same issue as the previous attempt.

Needless to say we have not been able to order food. The ordering process and staff are incompetent and make for a miserable eating experience. At this point we ve decided to not patron this restaurant.

Always have great food here. It has always been made exactly how I ordered it..the servers have always been friendly and cheery.

Although I appreciate everyone who is working thru this, I recently had my worst 2 experiences ever. I ordered online on mother's day and again on father's day. Both times my pork chop was undercooked and my sons steak was overcooked. He ate his, I had to finish cooking mine myself, twice. (I asked them to cook it very well done, as I always do) Not to mention the chunks of unmelted cheese in his chili and the 6 steak fries. My mashed potatoes and veggies were good! Hopefully when things get back to 'normal', we can come back to our favorite place and enjoy like we always have before!!

Food is hit or miss. Last time we went it was horrible.

We frequent the restaurant several times w/great service & food. Today was the first time the service was really poor. Our waitress was given too many tables to handle & there were other waiters/waitresses just standing around. My salad was not fresh. We had to wait on drink & bread refills longer than necessary. When we were done & ready to pay out, our waitress again was too busy to bring our ticket. Again there were plenty of other employees just standing around. I finally got their attention to let them know we were ready to ck out & get out waitress, No luck. We missed our movie time because of this & informed the asst mgr. We had to go up to the front to pay & im guessing an assistant mgr came to ck us out & never offered any kind of apology for the poor service. Will have to think twice about going back there.

Best filet mignon I've had in a long time! Excellent customer service!

First time to the TR in Abilene. Rolls were offered, but way to uncooked/doughy. No brown to them at all. Mother & I both ordered our steaks medium. Mine was perfect, her was definitely closer to rare. She's not a big fan of blood. Had me some steak fries, smothered of course. Couldn't finish 1/3 of them. Problem was, they were way over salted. Over all experience left us feeling disappointed. Perhaps down the road we'll stop by and give them another chance. Baby steps....

Food was decent. waiter was not smart at all. took 30 minutes to get anything accomplished from getting drinks to ordering our main food. hoping this is just due to covid and how crazy it has been. the service used to be better

I am a disabled veteran and was literally triggered by your curbside service. Not satisfied. Will not be returning to this establishment. I didn t pick up the food, but you took my money, so that s my review. Keep it.

Texas Roadhouse is usually my favorite place to eat and tonight I was severely disappointed. The waitress was great especially with my son, but having to send my steak back and then having to cook it THREE times plus getting cold rolls is beyond ridiculous. I WILL NOT be coming back.
