I always go there for being closer to home but they are the worst service I do not go there everything is wrong

Very clean place and everything, including a few games, seem new. The cashier service was a little slow, but he was still nice. Not a huge variety on the buffet, but everything that was there was hot and fresh and continuously re-stocked.

Great staff, great pizza, clean, remodeled recently, with a new TMNT in the arcade!!!

This place will always hold a special place in my heart. Although it has become less personal and the menu options have narrowed over the last few years, Cici's manages to satisfy a certain craving for pizza. If you want to get a lot of bang for your buck, Cici's will provide, just don't expect anything mind-blowing or original. True rating 3.75 out of 5 stars.

This place is good! Good rates, large portions and the staff members are consistently super friendly.

We're here every few weeks and the experience every time is outstanding. From customer service to pricing to the food itself. The only negative thing I can say is that I got bad olives on two separate occasions so I stopped putting them on my salad. Their wings are to die for. I always get them without sauce but next time I'm there, I'll try one of them.

U will get good pizza if u don t want to spend much.

I love this location. The pizza always cooked fully and the desert buffet is always full of desserts. 3 and under kids eat for free. I will be coming here agin. Customer service is excellent.

Show up at 8:30 only for them to put a sign on the door they are closing early.

Phone order, 15 minutes. Ok. I got there and my order form was on the counter. 15 minutes later, I got my order.

Don't come here super bad service .. had no chicken soup

Pity service for delivery by Ubereats.
I just made an order for 2 pizzas and they just sent me
Deliver one and when I call the store to claim the other
They tell me that they don't know what happened but that I go to pick up the other wing store, how will I go through it if I don't know why I use Ubereats. And they don't even apologize.

Customer service was amazing. The food was fresh, plenty of supplies, everything was amazing

Derek is the reason I will not go here anymore. twice I have hasd issues with this place and both times it was because of Derek and both times it was because when I ordered over the phone and got to the store hey never started my order. This guy is worthless. Every other time I order from someone else the order was ready or done in within the promised 20 mins of my call. With Derek he says it will be 20 mins you get there and the pizza is not even started. He should be cleaning the dishes not working with customers.

Smells a little like urine, which is to be expected.

It's been a while since I visited, but they got a lot of good food and an entire arcade, which is really good.

The front counter cashier showed immediate attitude, she rolled her eyes at us and you could tell she was just unkind. She has green and pink streaks in her hair. The food isn t bad at all, it s actually pretty great but not with that terrible service would I like to come again.

It must have been understaffed the day we went because the tables and floors were dirty. Not a lot of pizza at the time.

Without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever tasted. They skimped on all ingredients to the point it was nothing but crust. So little sauce, cheese, and meat it was flavorless. Will never return.

Nobody waste their time coming hear this is my second time coming and the buffet is empty as you can see on the picture I just posted the coke is awful;watered down and they rejected my personal pizza 3 times already I'm DONE with this place.

Sure did call somewhat late but called at 9:21 to do a quick carry out for ONE LG Pizza, lady said it was already late she started cleaning already. Even if it means they close at 10 they wont serve you pizza before even if they have not closed yet. Never experienced this ever, but hopefully in the future they won t do this to another customer. Dissappointed. *** Change your store hours or employees go find another job they pay you guys to stay until your shift not to scare customers away so you guys can leave early.

Really loved the food, it is an all you can eat buffet that only costs around $8. I think it is worth coming. It is also worth noting that there is an arcade located in the back

Didn't like the food it didn't taste good and old,me and my girlfriend, and her daughter said the same poor quality, wasn't the same as before we at there today June 15th at 6:00

It's definitely value for a pizza buffet, though honestly you get what you pay for. As a struggling college student, I definitely go here to treat myself once in a while when I don't feel like cooking at home.

Is 9:30 and it doesn't have food anymore what time really close here? I asked about-to manager that we would like more pizzas and her answered that they had closed the kitchen!

Why say you're open until 11 when you're gonna stop making fresh stuff at 930? No desserts? Come on man that's half the reason people go here. This location used to be my favorite, not so much anymore.

Hair in food complain 3 times. Still nothing done just a sorry. So sick didn't even want to eat anymore.

It's needs the bathrooms cleaned more often and checked out more than usual

Place was nice, clean. Some sodas on the soda machine didn't have enough syrup, but they have enough for you to choose another one.

I swear I love pizza and having cicis pizza is like being in heaven and i love eating the food its so good and it fills my heart with joy and happiness!!

Salad bar is so-so, pizza is somewhat edible, prices are great. Should humans actually eat what they serve? Of course not. Then again, almost all American restaurants offer food that humans should not consume. Why do you think the U.S.A. had the highest rates of heart disease and obesity on Earth?

I used to love Cicis! However, I havent been able to find a decent one in YEARS. Food is never replenished and we have to constantly wait for fresh items to be put out.
Staff isnt always friendly and the restaurant could use some cleaning.

This place is a joke!!!! it was packed, and no pizzas at the bar, as soon as they put one tray it was gone in a blink of an eye, I didn't eat but two slices of pizza in 30 min. Awful place never coming back.

Not one full pizza on the buffet. The pizzas that were available had been sitting out and began to look old. Look I'm in no way wanting top notch pizza when I come here but I've seen Cicis do way better than what I witnessed today.

Very clean, which means that stuff put more effort to be clean also when they cook food for public..very nice people happy and ready to served customers..not expensive and family atmosphere.!! money wise excellent for the food quality, compare to other places around the area.!! LOVE IT

Awesome collextion of buffet with Pizza. Unlimited salad, pasta, drink and Pizza. You can order your choice of pizza too. Great.

First and last time eating at a Cici's Pizza. Beyond disgusting!! Everything was dirty. The pizza was cold and had been sitting out forever. There's absolutely no hand sanitizer anywhere. And god knows they need to have it out because not one single person who came in to eat washed their hands. About half the tables had not been bused, and yet the bus boy managed to come to my table and throw my drink away twice. And the pasta bar was fully broke down 3 hours before closing. You're much better off just buying frozen pizza from Walmart and cooking it at home. Much better than the lukewarm disks of bacteria-ridden garbage Cici's slopped out under a 40 watt light bulb.

Horrible Staff. They couldn't be any ruder than they were. Poor quality, cold pizza. wasn't the same as before. Employee refused to make fresh pizza. Could get special order pizza. I took 30 minutes to get a special order pizza. Wasn't busy. They have bad customer service. 08/06/2016. Time 3:30. Wasn't worth 1 star.

This place is awesome, we were helped by Brendan and Randall. They were both amazing and accommodated our family with our various allergy issues... I would highly recommend coming in, food is good and price is hard to beat!

when we entered cici's pizza at 8:28pm we took buffet when we went to get pizza at 9:15 they closed down the buffet. We really didn't like how they took away the food.

A newer Cicis. Good place for antsy kids that can't sit still while waiting for food.

This place was very dirty. The buffet wasn't busy but there were many things on the buffet line that weren't stocked, like napkins. The buffet options were very limited. There was no dessert pizza, which was disappointing. They did away with busers, so people had to clean up after themselves. I sat next to a family that did not bother to pick up a single on pf their plates. The one person who did wipe the tables would do a terrible job, and would leave the seats filthy. The floors were also dirty.
They keep offering coupons to come back, so this is a good option for people who have 0 standards and just want to scarf down as much cheap food as they can.
I like Cici's, but this particular restaurant was a huge disappointment.

Place suppost to be open at 11 and they werent ready.. There was a line of kids in the front door ready to go in at 11:10 and they still didnt have the doors open. Plus the employees were laughing at the kids and counting their register. We left at 11:30 and they still didnt open the door.

My favorite cicis location. Clean and renovated. Love making my own pizza. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I have had good service every time I've gone in. The area has always been clean and they always stay on top of making the pizza so it doesn't run out.

To many changes, pizza to small, variety is just a few.
Even the atmosphere is like old school cafeteria. Not going back
