Great Pet shop. Some of the best pet products in the area. Customer service is the best around. Love to just go in and see what new products they have. They have good options on pumpkin which my dog loves and is great for his health!

Everyone at Terry s is knowledgeable, helpful and nice. They make it easy to shop there and you feel like you are getting sound advice about products. They really listen when I have questions and think about what would be the best solution specifically for my dog. They are also friendly and answer questions about general pet ownership. I actually drive past 2 other Pet stores to get to Terry's because they carry top quality brands that the other stores don't carry and I appreciate the care and attention I get there. I love that I am supporting a local business owner.

Great discussion with staff on raw food choices for my dog...he helped me choose some nice options in the duck patties and answers raw goats milk

People who like their pets go to PetSmart. People who love them go here. This is where you get the best quality food on the market, the smartest options for toys, etc. Don't come in here penny pinching. This isn't the Walmart of pet stores.

Terry s Pet Stop is my go to pet store. They have everything one needs for their furry friend. I use their website to order my dog food and the FREE delivery is great. I typically order early in the day and it is here a few hours later.
We I visit the store the staff is super helpful with any questions I may have and always assist in what I am looking for. They want to do their best for you and your pet. They also have a wonderful partnership with Cainine Crusaders - for rescue pet adoptions.

Do NOT go here for grooming services. The area where pets are being bathed and groomed are not clean and they definitely do not care about your pet. My puppy was left on the stand for hours with fan blowing against her (their way of drying the pet. no towel drying and no warm air drying!) My healthy and beloved pet caught Pneumonia the day after the grooming service and passed away after 3 days of pain and suffering. Think twice before going!! Just imagine how cold and how traumatized your pet can be!!

I ve been going to Terry s for the past 7 years. Terry and her staff are always extremely helpful in recommending the best quality food for my fur baby. In addition, I wouldn t take my pup anywhere else for grooming. Christine is so wonderful and patient! She loves animals and it shows! No matter where I am with her, someone always comments on how beautiful my Pomeranian s her looks. She loves going to Terry s and so do I!

Terry is extremely knowledgeable on all things pets! Chris is the best dog groomer. She is gentle and patient with her clients.

I have been coming to Terry's for two years since I have moved to Parsippany. I have never had an issue with this place whenever I dealt with Mike, all transactions would go smoothly and he was quite pleasant. Recently, I have been dealing with Patty, whom for the third time last night, informed me that I need to buy one more bag of FROMM dog food in order to get my free bag (every 13th bag is free through FROMM). The last three trips there, she has pulled my rewards account by my phone number and has highlighted all of my purchases and tells me that I have only purchased 11 bags and next time it will be free. I buy 2 - 30 pound bags every 3 - 4 weeks religiously on Thursdays because that is when they get their FROMM delivery. It is not the customers fault, if your employees are not entering the correct phone number to access the correct rewards account or do not know how the rewards program works. I did not appreciate having my account flashed in front of my face. I now have 18 UPC from FROMM and still haven't been able to collect my free bag. This has only been an issue with her. I reached out directly to FROMM today regarding the situation and they are honoring it, just like Terry's should have. From now on, I will be doing business with Morris County Pet Supply. Last night was the last time I am ever dealing with this store and please learn to have a polite conversation without attitude when customers ask questions. Very disappointing.

Terry s Pet Stop is a wonderful store. Terry and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They care about pets. The store is clean, well stocked and easy to browse. We have had only great experiences there.

This is a great mom & pop shop with excellent and friendly service.. Anytime mom and I walk in we feel at home being on a first name basis with the staff.. They also toss in some complementary treats for our pup. It doesn t get any better than that!

Terry's Pet Stop provides pet food, supplies and trusted advise. The employees and owner take the time to listen and offer knowledgeable information regarding nutrition and overall pet well-being.

I'm normally a huge proponent of shopping local, but I can't recommend this place.

I was held up and lectured on two separate occasions for 10-15 minutes by two different employees pushing the raw food diet on me. Not only is this extremely annoying, it's useless if not harmful to my dogs. I learned just yesterday from my vet that the raw food diet is NOT scientifically backed nor trusted by vets and that one of my dogs should have been put on a senior specific diet by brands not recommended by the employees here. But I'm so glad that it seems like they're getting a pay off by at least one raw brand.

Have the most mind boggling inconsistent stocking of treats

Very bad business model. Sell pets only with "full set". Which means extra $ 100 of overprised stuff (20 % more than enybody else) for cages, food etc. Plus, don't keep promises. Sell our pet we were about to get

We had a wonderful experience at Terry s. Her staff a is fabulous & they carry a wide variety of pet products at great prices.

Tried to purchase a Guinea Pig. The worker lady tells me "You cant buy an animal unless you buy the whole setup". But I have a cage and food and another animal, and all I need.
"We dont want an animal back because you have the wrong cage".
Can I buy one and return it if I dont use it?
"No"

I got their number. So i tell my kids to put all the other things back they were going to buy. Little shop like that turning away sales because they couldn't make a bundle on the back end of a guinea pig sale.

Terry was extremely kind & helpful! I visited during a snowstorm but she stuck around to discuss the differences in dog food production and quality; Terry is clearly an expert! I will absolutely go back for any pet needs I have

Best service, best products and best personalized advice for your pet from the owner of the store. Can t get that kind of treatment at any of the big box pet stores. Terry is a pleasure to do business with and is a wealth of information whenever I have a concern about my dogs. If you haven t tried Terry s yet you need to. You will be glad you did.

We love Terry s!! Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Where else can you shop with your dog in tow? We love Christine the Groomer she treats our Toby the Goldendoodle so special. He gets to hang out on the bench when he s waiting to be picked up from his spa treatment shampoo, haircut, and blowout. And, then, he smells beautiful and looks handsome! The best food selection and pet accoutrements!

Terry's is fantastic! I have two high maintenance shelters that I am third owner for and this is the only place that will groom them properly.

My teenager son has 3 reptiles and their staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Their advice and experience has saved me a fortune in Vet bills.

Terry's Pet Stop has such a wide variety of quality foods - their staff is very educated about them as well. We find brands like Anameat, Fromm's, Evangers, Bubba Rose Biscuit Company - things you aren't going to find at other places. Terry is super nice, remembers our dogs names, and has a lot of pet health clinics at the store.

I went in to get a harness for my granddog Terry asked what kind of dog and weight When I told her it was a boxer she said it would be best to have thedog come in and get fitted which I did. She spent about 30 min finding the right harness and fitting it on her Great service and I would highly recommend this shop

After my first visit at Terry's I scheduled my dogs grooming appointment there as well. Very pleased with the store. Love the attention of a small, local business. Also plan to take advantage of the vet they have on site to help save with vet visit costs. Their email communications keep you aware of all upcoming events that may be of interest to you or benefit your pet. Definitely my new pet store.

Terry s introduced us to guinea pig ownership and two sweet guinea pigs that we adore. Also appreciate their expertise and advice for animal care and they know their customers. Terry s is a great local pet store for all of our piggies needs, even boarding. Yes, Terry s boards small pets, too, and I am glad they do because it is like home away from home for our piggies and gives us peace of mind that we are leaving them in good hands at Terry s Pet Stop.
