Great experience! This is a combination of laser tag and a Halloween haunted house maze. Lots of fun for teens. Could be scary for some younger kids, but my 9 year old loved it.

The Swamp thing was the best part of the attraction in 2018

They need more actors.. and maybe ones that aren't breaking character.. it's cool tho

Love how different this one was from the one in Fall River which was also a lot of fun! We got lucky and there weren't to many people by the time we got there which was about 40 min before closing. We got to walk through at our own place and got a lot of good scares in. The dude without an eye was fantastic as were all the other actors. You can tell that had just as much fun scaring us and love doing it!

I d say 4 years back I went to the Fall River location and it wasn t too bad..this location was different from what I remember and way better in my opinion! This one was fantastic! Awesome makeup, costumes, the actors were so enthusiastic and really good at what they do. I was pretty scared. Well worth the money!

Quite creepy! Parking lot attendants have masks and some chase the kids . a lot of screeming going on. Just off 117 . lots of parking , about 1/2 hour to go through and an experience you will remember

The actors are all committed 100% to the cause of making sure everyone is as scared as possible
You will not find a better haunt in all of New England and possibly the entire country.

I've got to admit the first three actors outside were so good at staying in character. I was spooked for a little until I got inside the house. This is where I got tremendously disappointed. There were jump scares but they became so repetitive you knew when they were going to scare you again. Yes, decorations were great and set the ambiance for a great haunted house. But this one worker got out of character because she thought my boyfriend swore at her. We literally stopped just to clarify that he didn't swear at her. She continued to feel offended by what she thought she heard him say and said he was very rude. After that confrontation me and my boyfriend was so turned off with the "haunted house" vibe. I don't know if it's because we were grouped with teenagers or if it's because we went around 9:40 but this wasn't a scary experience or great experience period. The actors inside didn't seem to put much effort. I won't go back again. Such a waste of money. So glad I didn't pay for VIP.

It was good but I think they need to spend more time scaring people instead of just letting people walk thru without people jumping out

My husband and I liked it a lot. We brought 2 eleven year olds and a nine year old. We got there by 7:30 and out by 8:40First off, the makeup jobs are very good. The staff is very professional and they were accommodating to the scared 11 year old friend my son brought with us who neglected to tell me that he had never been to an amusement haunt. Yes, it may only be one building but the place is really big. Its not gory, but the scenery was well done. It was explained that people got so scared last year that folks were hurting themselves to escape so they toned it down. The cool thing is that you get to go through the whole place with your own group and you're not wedged in amongst strangers. I understand that they do scarier stuff with older people. But if you have young kids that aren't easy to scare and you are tired of the haunted farms, the Factory of Terror in West Warwick is the perfect balance and a great next step up before the gore fest. Go early for scares and later for terror.

My 18 year old was pretty bored. Usually he appreciates sets and costumes but he said it was like no one really cared. $20 is a lot to be bored for 15 minutes. Someone said it was a half hour but he was through much faster.

First time I'd been to a haunted house in years and it did not disappoint! After we got out, we actually got to go again for free, too. Highly recommend!

It says it has multiple attractions and it doesn't . it has one super crappy one. U dont need to waste ur money on a speed pass cause they won't do anything about it . Was the worst haunted attraction ive ever been to .

Was the worst place ive ever been too. Got there at 920 and was out of the attraction and paid foe tickets by 940. I was so dissappointed at how quick and unscary it was. Nobody jumps out at you, not enough workers, just overall a diasappointment!

Best time i've had in years going through a haunted house.

The West Warwick location of Factory of Terror is absolutely amazing the actors put 110% into scaring all of the visitors the animatronics were awesome i have been to a lot of haunted houses and West Warwick Factory of Terror is the best

Went a couple of years ago and was a good time went last night and was very short and not worth the money at all will never go back

It was ok not as scary as I would have liked and kinda miss leading I was expecting 5 different places to see not just one but it was a blast anyway kids had fun that's all that matters

Awesome experience! It was my 4rd time to one of these attractions and I thought I wasn't going to be scared lol boy was I wrong... Might have been the best one I went to thus far!

I can only speak of the West Warwick and Fall River locations, but they are both lengthy and top notch quality haunted houses. Lots of effort is put into them and it shows. Definitely don't miss out if you are considering. Try to go earlier rather than towards the end of the night because at that point the actors and performers are mostly tired or have went home already and it won't be as lively. If you're planning on doing both then definitely get the pass that saves you money so you can attend both.

Kids thought this was amazing. Scary and fun and longer than expected! Great scare!

Not scary at all, for teens and adults anyway. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and you couldn t even see half the time because it was so dark. I recommend this for kids 12 and under. The only thing that got my heart racing was when you first walked in and they slammed the door. Kinda a waste of money.

It was very short for $20 and it wasn't even scary. There is a couple jump scares and loud noises and people follow you around a little but other than that it wasn't worth my money. Maybe 5-10 dollars instead of 20.

I work here and it's the best experience I've ever had great place to come and get scared

Had me terrified. I was running and I was bundled with all my peera it was so frightining. Great all around experience. The clowns help to ease you up after all of the horrifying things you see and feel and were also a great scare with beautiful vibrant colors.

Website is extremely misleading, advertising "5 Attractions in 1". This is a SINGLE HAUNT - there are not multiple mazes. False advertising. Multiple attractions would be something along the lines of Spooky World or Witches Woods - this is a SINGLE ATTRACTION - all in all takes no more than 15 minutes from start to end.

Not enough actors, too many strobes lights and not a big enough bang for the buck

Not scary at all. Building was infested with mildew/mold I could barely breath and my lungs hurt the next day. Didn t seem like they had many people working because went through much of it without being approached by anyone. The one in Fall River was much better and cleaner.

Our group had a fabulous scary fun time ....great outdoor Haunted ambiance leading to the massive grave yard and Snake River then eventually to the entrance to Factory of Terror .Actors were awesome !!! Prices are very reasonable and its a great night out !!

Okay so.....I live in Worcester and I went to this place called factory of terror..lol...out in road island (well this place) I went with my wife and I'm never wasting my time again. at first I was okay waiting in line cuz thay came up to us trying to scare us but "no" in the line. And when we got to the door ..the guy that tells us a lil about the place and the rules and stuff ...
When I turn around I see a guy in regular clothes with there face painted (booo I was so scared NOT)SO when I was Walkin throu this place every person that work at this place was Wearing regular clothes...wit therr face painted. ...and not even trying to do th ere job ....wat a scammmmmm...lmao ...hey if u make it to the Worcester factory of terrier in Worcester is fu%^ing amazing...thay really try to scare u. Idk. But the one out here really needs to step upppppppp really bad!!!!. .....I should get tickes to the fall river one to replace the 2 ticket I got for the ones I got here

Honestly I'm a mom of 4 and it even scared the jitterbugs out of me. It nearly gave me a heart attack and I normally don't get those. Lol boi This one guy came up to me with a chainsaw and he almost ripped my head off (metaphorically of course)!!!!!!!!!
