I've got to admit the first three actors outside were so good at staying in character. I was spooked for a little until I got inside the house. This is where I got tremendously disappointed. There were jump scares but they became so repetitive you knew when they were going to scare you again. Yes, decorations were great and set the ambiance for a great haunted house. But this one worker got out of character because she thought my boyfriend swore at her. We literally stopped just to clarify that he didn't swear at her. She continued to feel offended by what she thought she heard him say and said he was very rude. After that confrontation me and my boyfriend was so turned off with the "haunted house" vibe. I don't know if it's because we were grouped with teenagers or if it's because we went around 9:40 but this wasn't a scary experience or great experience period. The actors inside didn't seem to put much effort. I won't go back again. Such a waste of money. So glad I didn't pay for VIP.
