My husband and I liked it a lot. We brought 2 eleven year olds and a nine year old. We got there by 7:30 and out by 8:40First off, the makeup jobs are very good. The staff is very professional and they were accommodating to the scared 11 year old friend my son brought with us who neglected to tell me that he had never been to an amusement haunt. Yes, it may only be one building but the place is really big. Its not gory, but the scenery was well done. It was explained that people got so scared last year that folks were hurting themselves to escape so they toned it down. The cool thing is that you get to go through the whole place with your own group and you're not wedged in amongst strangers. I understand that they do scarier stuff with older people. But if you have young kids that aren't easy to scare and you are tired of the haunted farms, the Factory of Terror in West Warwick is the perfect balance and a great next step up before the gore fest. Go early for scares and later for terror.
